Very homey property. Nothing negative to say! We have been here for over 7 years. Rented for a few years, bought a house then sold it and came right back! Christina is the absolut best! Nancy is always very helpful and Austin in maintenance is always there right away when something is needed.

Christina is your go to girl! She is very attentive and kind. Anything at all you need done or any concerns you may have she gets it taken care of AND follows up with you on the matter. Calls and emails are answered promptly. Christina makes sure that the property is well maintained and kept up with. The complex is over all quiet and a very nice place to live. Beyond the great staff, the maintenance team works hard to make sure that everything is working properly. If you haven’t given them a look then you’re not living!

TCV is a great place to call home!! We moved from the city to the country on a whim and I can’t tell you how welcomed we have felt being here. The managers make sure to send out announcements Christina goes above and beyond for her team and it shows. Ms.Nancy is a bliss to be around and the maintenance team Austin and Jessie make sure that anytime a work order has been put in it’s handled within 24hours. We have definitely found our forever apartment before our forever home. Thanks you guys for everything that you’ll do!!!!

The property itself is in fair condition. They will respond to maintenance requests within a few days. Parking is OK, unless you come in late at night. We lived on the east end of the complex. On the nights that we got in late due to work, both me and my wife had to park by the pool which is on the far west of the complex. When it comes time to leave the managers at the complex will not only do everything they can to keep the deposit you gave, they will add fees to make sure you also will owe money. I gave $1800.00 as a deposit with $300.00 as a non refundable pet deposit. When the property manager got around to sending me a final account summery they claimed over $1300.00 above my $1800.00 dollar deposit. After sending pictures which showed most of their claims were false, they sent me a revised summery saying I owed $300.00 dollars over my initial deposit. Overall I would give this complex in Montgomery a fair rating. The on site property manager can be difficult sometimes. Just assume whatever deposit you give is being given to the company and you will not get it back.
I moved from another state, I was all excited for my new residence but then things begin to happen, my mail box key not working, the gates not working, they switched my apartment on the day of arrival(mail nightmare) and to top it off went without a refrigerator form the 8th all the way till the 26th and was told I can put my items in the office refrigerator or buy an ice cooler. I was offered a refrigerator that was offered to be delivered by non staff members (family members) ugh hello can we say liability so needless to say place 5 stars/ staff member (2 plus the owner) I would rate them a -1. I was yelled at by not only the maintenance worker, the manager and then the owner. It was a sad move in experience with no Welcome mat to boot ALL of my other neighbors received a WELCOME mat when moved in I was offered one when I inquired but declined, I figured the least you could have done was say oh we know you coming in was not a smooth transition and we just got our mats in please come to the office and get one.
I just completed my 7th year at TCV and Ms. Mandi is the best manager we have had. Our maintenance staff led by Austin is responsive and competent. Because of our manager’s competence and dedication our damage in the February Freeze was minimal and we residents are very grateful. TCV is a great apartment complex to call home.
We moved in at the end of June. The ladies in the office did everything to get us in on the date we needed. The manager has always been so helpful and so has her assistant. We love the complex and the fact its so convenient to everything around us. The maintance group has always been friendly. We highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment in the Montgomery area.
Maintenance crew are on point. Austin done a great job on fixing my issues in a timely manner. He made sure everything was complete before he left. Great job ! I CAN'T LEAVE OUT THE AC WORKER....GREAT JOB..

This was a life saving move when my son and I move into these apartments. My son is able to walk to and from school without any problems. Also the computer lab is open for my son to do his homework. Mandi is an AWESOME manager. She has made a different in this area. Very hard worker. She knows each resident by their name. Friendly staff and willing to help in any way they can. Keep up the good work. I would recommend living at the Town Creek Village Apartments.

This place is a dump, literally. They treat residents like refuse and don't seem to clean anything. I lived here for 1 year and saw roaches everywhere. I've even seen dog poop on people's balcony’s. What even is that?
Wish I could post photos on here, but when I moved in there were roaches EVERYWHERE. Bird poop all over my balcony. There is never parking so you will have to walk so so far to get to your apartment. Not safe for kids, people drive very reckless here and I heard there’s a lot of drug trafficking here. One night some kid was running around naked strung out on drugs
This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and the location is perfect!
Beautiful granite kitchen and upgraded appliances! All with wood floors. My sectional even fit beautifully in the living room. Our home looks like a model! The bathrooms are super big and create a tranquil environment. I never thought my king size, 4 poster bed would fit, however it looks amazing with a large dresser and night tables. Our view of the pond feels like our private sanctuary. We also enjoy the resort like pool and first rate gym. Our family thought moving from a house to an apartment might be a difficult change, however; the change has been tremendous. No more worrying over the lawn, POA dues, house repairs, and so on. My son's favorite part, is we finally have reliable wifi! Plus, I feel safe and secure in a gated community, that is close to great Montgomery schools. And pets are welcome too! What more could we ask for?
We currently live in The Town Creek Village Apartments and we love it! The management is wonderful, the people are kind, and the homes are gorgeous! I never have to worry about maintenance problems, and the one problem I had was fixed within a day. The only things I could possibly give a negative report on is parking and the pet fee. The pet fee is quite high at a whopping $400 deposit, and I have a hard time finding a parking spot after 11 PM. This lovely apartment complex has been the perfect starter home for my husband and I!
