Poorly Maintained
They have newer homes for sale but beware that the lots are very old. The electrical pedestals on the property are very old as well and not maintained by TEP. So, in the event that there is an issue you will be told that the very expensive pedestals are on back order for months and cannot be repaired on a timely fashion. You will be without electricity and the reply from management will be “I don’t know what you expect….”. This is an issue that repeats itself every so often as one by one these outdated pedestals fail.
