Town Center Crossing is a great place to live with all the amenities and local attractions within walking distance! The management and staff at Town Center Crossing are very professional and top notch when it comes to leasing and knowledge of the apartments and local area. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
I’ve lived in several apartments around the area and this has been the first place that truly feels like home. Your staff is amazing and always willing to help if needed. The area around here is a gem! You can walk to the town center for restaurants or entertainment!! I love the tree lined streets. It reminds me of my hometown in New Orleans. The place is kept immaculate! The people that take care of the landscaping are very respectful also! I live on a bottom floor and they always clean up my porch after cutting the lawn. It’s definitely the best place to live around here! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to live!

We came to town center crossing scared about how many paperwork had to be done to apply and get the apartment because a last experience lived in a place called 22 hundred which deny our application without any support and over here we received all the proper information and support to do the application in the proper way and we are so happy to live over here that even we are inviting friends to see the unit and they are applying to live over here. The only thing that I would say that would be wonderful for the new generation parents is to have a playground where the kids can play safe and enjoy the area. I say if there is already a dog playground why don’t have a kids playground. But the rest has been wonderful all the amenities are great conditions. I absolutely recommend every family that is looking for a place to live with everything close town center crossing is the perfect one

Pool is frequently closed, grills rarely work, frequent problems with appliances, do not set up appointments prior to entering home as asked, high prices.
I’ve been a resident of Cortland Town Center Apartments for almost four years now and would highly recommend this community. Proximity to Town Center is great, Maintenance and Office staff are hard-working and courteous, and it’s generally a pretty quiet place, considering how many people live here! I love my townhome apartment and its bayou view — it’s a great place to live!

Great location of a well designed and decorated facility with competent and resident friendly managers and associates. It’s close proximity to store allows us to walk for groceries and personal services. Our gasoline bill is half what it was before we moved here.
When we originally moved to Kingwood, we rented an apartment with the plan to eventually move into our own home. It has been over 5 years and we haven't moved. We have loved living in thus community. It is in the center if Kingwood, the school district is excellent, and the sense if community we feel is what makes us feel like we don't want to leave. I can't say enough good things about living here.
I’ve lived here for two years and the fitness center has changed my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I love this community. The layout is great. Also, our amenities are pristine and maintained well. The onsite maintenance team is wonderful. I would highly recommend Cortland to friends and family.
Every property has a personality- this one used to be “sparkly”. Now, not so much.
Repair maintenance team at Cortland Town Center have been very prompt and excellently careful to provide the best solution to any given problem/repair.

Best apartment location that saves time and money for vehicle fuel..as residents we walk on greenbelt trails and sidewalks to restaurants, grocery stores and other business.

It is a quiet apartment community in an excellent location in Kingwood.
I feel comfortable and safe, living at Cortland town center. This complex is close to just about everything that you need to go to. There is a small park to the north of the complex, that is so peaceful to go to and sit, have a picnic. There is always something going on at the park, like the farmers market, live music, celebration for different holidays. All the trees, really make a beautiful touch.
Great school district. Schools are within walking distance. Very strict residential rules. I don't smoke but the whole property is non smoking. Very strict on what you can put on your balcony. No place to park bicycles unless you keep it in your house. If you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor that would suck. Free for all parking. Hard to find covered spots or even spots close to your apartment. Only reason why I'm still there is the location to good school district. Once my son finishes school I'll be leaving.
Its a quite complex with nice views also. I like having a garage, and the apartment is arranged really well. The office personal have always been polite and so helpful. The grounds are very well maintained too. Its been everything I couldve hoped for from an apartment complex. Thanks for everything!

Cortland Town Center is an ideal location for people awaiting their new house build in the Kingwood area. The rental period can be 7 months with month by month renewals. The management is very responsive to the needs of their clients.

I just recently moved here from Across the country, and everyone in the lease office down to the maintenance have been phenomenal though out my whole moving experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful whenever you call they are there literally. The location is great you can walk anywhere don’t even have to drive, because everything is so close. I give them 10 out of 5 stars

Cortland Town Center has a GREAT location. Parking per unit is awful. Rusting and paint chipped handrails. Dead bushes or plants throughout the property.

This complex is amazing. It was easy to become a resident and has been amazing! We will be leasing here for a while :) I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a homely apartment with staff that actually cares about their residents!

Great location, I love the layout, the leasing and maintenance team is great. The apartment itself is gorgeous and the whole entire property makes me want to come home and stay in all day. This is the longest I have stayed in a single apartment, I can't see myself going anywhere else.
My wife and I have been residents and members of the Towncenter by Cortland community for going on 2 years now and have enjoyed every month of it. The Towncenter community is one of the best managed communities I've ever experienced and is well maintained with plenty of.peace and quiet to enjoy. There also isn't an apartment community anywhere near here that can boast of having a better or more convenient location than The Towncenter by Cortland communit with plenty of excellent dining, shopping and banking choices literally right across or down the street.
the office manager was very helpful with me and understanding this past month when I had to break up my rent into two payments and they have been very helpful and caring since before I moved in so they have not failed me at all.
Placing a maintenance request is easy and quick. The service technicians are always friendly, considerate and efficient. Thanks for having a great staff!

Moving in was easy, the paperwork process was efficiently streamlined, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the cleanliness and good state of repair in not only my apartment, but in the communal spaces, also (the gym, is what Im thinking of). I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone. Its the nicest place Ive ever lived.
Nice apartment. good layout. Great kitchen. The garage makes this apartment work for me.
