      I Love It! It’s home!

      Been here a year, here’s my take: Saw some reviews about mold, noise, and fire alarms. Haven’t had any mold issues. There were a few fire alarms this year: 2 legit fires, 1 from repairs, and 1 annoying false alarm. So, 3 out of 4 alarms were actually needed. No fire alarm issues in months! Property is beautiful, and everyone super friendly. Great sized patios, and the parking garage is a win! Love the walking trails, the lake, and the convenience of easy access to the freeway. Pools, gym, game room, and clubhouse are always clean, and the carpeted hallways are impressively odor free, and well maintained! Views of the city lights at night, and the morning sunrises are absolutely breathtaking. Maintenance here is also great! I’ve never had to wait longer than 24hrs for them to resolved my requests. Rent is kinda pricey, but the peace of mind and safety that I feel make it worth every penny. My only issue is the app used for gate and door access. It’s inconsistent which can be frustrating and inconvenient if you don’t have your key fob with you. Aside from the usual pest control and a couple of small repairs, I haven’t had any big issues or worries. I love it here!

      Luxury prices with a dumpster fire of a building

      Their property at Tower Bay Lofts has a defect with the building fire alarms, we’ve been here for a year and they’ve gone off several times, including a 2 hour span starting at 4 am. We were told before signing our new lease which currently is much more than market value that the issues were due to a water pipe and set to be replaced. But it has now happened two additional times. McKenzie and Gavin in the office are decent people so I truly believe this is a corporate issue.i will however say there is also no notice from management after these events happen on any solutions or actions to prevent. I’d avoid ever renting from this company solely for their lack of effort to fix such a large safety concern that residents have told me has happened since the opening of the building. Sounds negligent to me.

      Black mold !

      I have black mold in my apartment and they don’t care going on the second week that I notice it who knows how long it took to come through the drywall . Didn’t even bother to take the kitchen cabinet out that has the mold showing in the back of it . Do not move here very poorly run to say the least.

      Like living in a zoo

      The apartment has one parking garage with one very slow entrance that was usually broken. Getting out every morning was a nightmare. Everyone here has a dog and nobody cleans up after them. 90% of the time I lived there, someone's dog was barking every time I left. I was charged $300 at move out for charges that were already included in the rent that I paid. You pay $5 a month for a mandatory pest control fee when the apartment is swarming with wasps.
