The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Timberline Apartments
I have lived here for over 1 year now and could not be happier. The community is beautiful with all the gorgeous trees surrounding. I love my apartment, the living room is huge and so is the master bedroom! It has 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other has a Jacuzzi tub which is wonderful. Management and Maintenance team are very helpful too. It feels like home to me.
Worst place I've ever lived. Pretty sure the good reviews are FAKE. Mold in all the windows and closets, which then transferred to my shoes. Silverfish found the day after I moved in and battled them the whole time I lived there. Gross! Carpet beetles also showed up, which I'd never even heard of prior to this place, let alone seen before. Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, pee and do "other things" if you get my meaning! You basically live in misery if you have a downstairs apartment because there's no padding/insulation between upstairs and downstairs. So when your neighbors walked, it sounded like elephants above you. Management doesn't care if you complain. My bedroom wall would literally shake when they walked up and down the stairs to their apartment. They were up at all crazy hours too so I was often woken up at 3 am by them stomping around and slamming doors because they don't care about anyone but themselves. The walls actually knock/bang when the neighbors run their water. If your upstairs neighbors have kids, then it's even worse since it will sound like a herd of elephants upstairs with the constant running and jumping on the floors (your ceiling). I got to listen to my next door neighbor's hacking smoker's cough through the walls all night long every night too. This also came with their cigarette smoke coming into my windows from them sitting out on their patio smoking all the time. Heaven forbid that I wanted a little fresh air once in a while. Also management didn't bother to disclose that the lovely forest surrounding the apartments would be noisily torn down to build new construction that would create clouds of dirt that would float into your windows and literally cover everything you own in a thick layer of dirt - unless of course you wanted to suffocate in your apartment by having to keep the windows closed all the time. They are building houses practically on top of the apartments and construction is 6 days a week ALL day. So good luck ever getting any peace and quiet. The only good thing is the maintenance guy is nice. However, the large burner on my stove didn't work for 6 months while I waited for him to fix it. They also raised my rent by 30% when my lease expired. Don't move here unless you want to never get any sleep and be miserable from constant noise all the time (from neighbors or construction - take your pick!). This place is terrible.
I have spent the last few weekends looking at apartments and Timberline has the best rates and customer service by far. I normally dont write reviews but I was instantly greeted with a smile and the manager was more than willing to answer my questions, unlike other properties that i felt were trying to rush me through. Apartment layout is great and the property was big but well maintaned and rather quiet. I cant wait to move in!
Are you looking for a home? I love these apartments! The staff is some of the nicest, friendliest people you'll meet. I love looking out my window and seeing trees.
The location is nice and the apartments are spacious and in great shape. However, for some reason they have an antiquated policy that allows smokers to smoke on their patios and the smoke gets into nonsmokers' windows. I have complained to management but they are clearly apathetic.
