Located about 10 miles northeast of Downtown Dallas, Vickery is a diverse neighborhood overflowing with shopping, dining, and entertainment options. This urban neighborhood houses the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, authentic global eateries, and several large shopping centers including the Shops at Park Lane, a sprawling commercial complex with brand-name retailers, a bowling alley, restaurants, and more. Also known as Vickery Meadow, the neighborhood is also known for its dominating green space in the eastern part of the community. You’ll find residents spending a day on the green at the Royal Oaks Country Club or hiking the trails at Harry Moss Park. Property Ratings at Tides on Park Lane
The residence is undergoing major property reconstruction. Or at least it should given the state of these dilapidated apartments. The management is rectifying problems on a one on one basis, which leads to a problem of "f.o.m.o." throughout the residence. There is a problem with theft here. An insect infestation will plague any home, yet you'll be better off defending your home with personal products you trust than relying on management. The 2-5 person maintenance team is either competent at the job or won't respond to a call. There is no in-between.
