I was first drawn by the price and location. Once I got there the two girls in the front are very friendly and helpful. The studio was cute and quaint. Applied today with the look and lease special. Loved to see the community actually participating in the clubhouse billiards room.

Noisy and run down My new wife and I were very excited to make a move from Washington down to Texas in 2021. We painstakingly reviewed several apartment complexes before making a MASSIVE mistake in choosing Tides as our home. I highly recommend that if you cannot see this complex in-person, do NOT apply (we used a free apartment locator service for our next apartment). The new management staff who started in Feb. 2022 (Mya and Juan) show decent professionalism. And the new maintenance staff are great! However there are two aspects to the apartment complex that management seem unable to address. (1) The other residents and (2) the quality of the complex Every single day and night we lived there we were woken up and disturbed by car alarms. every….single…day! On top of this, idiots were constantly honking their horns whenever someone is parked in their reserved car spot. Our sleep suffered severely due to these inconsiderate idiots. (In our new complex we have heard no car alarms or honking at all.) These same residents are also incapable of putting trash in the dumpster (alot of photos support this). In terms of the complex itself. It is very cheaply built with awful thin windows, and terrible (no) insulation. This causes the place to turn into a greenhouse in the summer months. The cooling costs made our seemingly cheap home, very expensive. The maintenance of this complex has been neglected for a very long time. Also note that this street used to be called Maham St. It was Renamed due to high crime levels in this area. Please don’t make the same mistake as we did. Don’t apply without an in-person tour.
Dont move here. It is super cheap. I moved here in April they have permanently closed the pool (no pool all summer) the wash house is outed and the machines are always broke. The pictures they show are only of the done up places the reat of the place is completely trashed. People are always working in their cars. There is no where to park. Rodents because the trash is pilled high. Just drive through ine time and you’ll see what I mean

DO NOT LIVE HERE. 1. This place is in the hood so you're not safe. 2. YOU WILL NEVER FIND PARKING AFTER 7PM. 3. Neighbors are always up at 3 am. 4. If you're a girl, get used to old men staring/stalking you. Oh and cherry on top, pool is ALWAYS closed.

This place is terrible. Don't waste your money or time with them. My husband and I applied to Linear hoping to be able to move into the apartment within a few weeks. We were on a tight deadline because our belongings were being shipped over and we had to pick it up from storage before we get charged for another month. The staff was extremely unprofessional. We applied in person and was being gave the run-around for 2.5 weeks. We had to call them constantly to check on where we were at in the process and every single time, they told us we were going to get approved, but they never did. On three separate occasions, they said they would call us back within 2 hours - we never received the calls, so when we called them, the person who said they'd call us back had left for the day. We got frustrated and drove almost 3 hours to the office, so that they would take us seriously. The manager didn't want to talk to us. She passed by us without even looking at us, avoiding all eye contact. I've taken it up to upper management and still haven't heard back from them either. We gave up on the place and applied to a different apartment complex in a better neighborhood with better amenities (same price!) and was approved the next day - we were able to move in within the same week.
The staff doesn't respond to correspondence or return phone calls. The temporary leasing office was filthy. They sent me on a wild goose chase and ultimately denied me after two weeks of saying they'd work with me.
Apparently you look pretty the property, remodeled peroooooo Here they have 80% of the Reserved parking and you have to pay for it. It is a business of shameless people who live on that property. A property must have parking spaces for residents and visitors. But not having them reserved. If you get a regular resident sticker It is for pleasure because you do not find parking available. You must go outside to leave your vehicle. Otherwise the crane will take your vehicle.
Our swimming pool has been closed 50% of the days this summer, with the lamest of excuses as to why.
