Management... You will be greeted warmly and when you move in.....you will know what its like to live in hell
The apartments are quirky, textured walls, weirdly shaped, outdated fixtures (if there are fixtures in the room at all). They refused to replace by smoke detectors after the fire department was out and recommended replacing them. There are only four package boxes at the community mailbox, often leading to trips to the post office to pick up mail. The gym is outdated. Snow removal is abysmal; I got snowed in twice. Parking is limited, and the new towing company hired May of 2022 is cut throat and does not adhere to the policy that was sent to residents. The changes that have been made are not in the interest of residents. This place was fine at the rate I signed at, but they are raising the rate to "market price" although the quality of this apartment is below that of other in the immediate market.
