The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Thompson Valley Apartments
There are literally homeless people living in the breezeways of the buildings. Sometimes we have to wait for police to remove them before we can get into our apartment, and they often leave behind blood and urine. Today we found someone smoking off foil on the stairs inside. Be careful moving in here. There is NO security of any kind.
I've never written a review before but I felt it was necessary with the experience i've had at the Thompson Valley Apartments. I've lived in some underwhelming places before so it is comforting to come home to a clean and kept up community. Every question and concern I had when initially moving in was answered quickly and courteously by the apartment manager. When I was moving in I think the apartment management went out of their way to make sure everything looked and worked well for a new tenant to move in to. All in all the staff here are awesome, the apartments are very spacious, quiet and affordable and i'll be happy to continue renting here into the future.
This apartment was ok and did what we needed it to do. My review is to let everyone know to take careful notes and photos of the state of your apartments when you leave. We take good care of our apartments and we lost our 750 deposit to replace a single carpet. Your deposit is protected by the law and cannot be used for normal wear and tear. Learn from my mistake and have evidence of the state of your apartment so they don't make unnecessary repairs.
