Just arrived to The Wyldes, that so far we love. Our apartment is full of light and the amenities so far look great. We are only sorry to have found our dryier not working but we are confident this will be fixed asap!

4.8 stars The managers and office team at The Wyldes have been so amazing helping us get all moved in and settled. They are always available to answer questions and keep going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The reason I am giving our experience a 4.8 so far is because there is no guest parking in the building. Not having the guest parking has made moving in a little challenging as we have people helping us getting settled all week. It would be amazing if we could get a couple spots for guests especially during stadium games when there is no option for street parking.

It is a really enjoyable and great shopping experience. Amazon has a lot of bed mattresses for customers to choose. The delivery instructions are clear and it is convenient for people to decide.

All of the looks of luxury living with almost no maintenance. We have a rooftop bar with tvs that don't work (remotes nowhere to be found), a cooking surface that isn't cleaned, hallways that are not maintained, and an absent management team. The concierge tries their best to take care of minor issues, but the problem is much bigger. It's clear that they poured their money into looks and surface appeal. Not a terrible place to live, but not worth your dollar.

The management office is super nice, and the environment is very welcoming. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the mailing and package system, they have been working hard, especially during the busy season such as prime day.

So far, all has been. I have only been here a few days and I am still assessing. I will say that Jaylen, Kimberly, and Nelson have been most helpful. I do believe there should be some additional communication with the Property Management team as there seems to be a potential disconnect. Also, when I asked one of the associates a question, I was referred to the Wyldes printed manual instead of the question being answered. As a new resident, building rapport is essential.

The Wyldes have been amazing. The concierge are very nice and the area is quite safe. The neighborhood is a bit busy on game days but that just adds character. Everyone has really cute pets too!

So far it’s been pretty good! The pool has been fantastic, and we love the movie theater. We would love it if the public tv’s had streaming services on them, or at the least had Chrome Casts hooked up to them so that we could connect our own streams.

A very poorly constructed apartment that has little to no sound insulation. You can hear the neighbors and not much is done by management when it’s reported.

The Wyldes is THEE place to live in Harrison! State of the art amenities and super futuristic security features throughout the building. I’ve never been so impressed with a leasing team/ property management group. They are so on top of even the slightest of requests! I can’t wait to host family and friends this summer. Love the apartment. They are spacious and high ceiling. Only missing part is dog park. The study nook is great to work from home. It also has a lot of storage space.

The building is nice and front desk is patient and helpful. And the function that use phone to open the garage door is good. Love they have kitchen so that i can order when having no food at home.

Overall nice move-in experience. Building staff are nice and helpful. New residents might want to schedule WiFi installation ahead of time to ensure wifi access.

The people at the front desk and leasing have been so kind and helpful, and everyone has gone out of their way to make me feel welcomed and at home. The apartments and amenities are beautiful! There is a cafe during the week and a chef that comes once a week for a prepared dinner. A lot of young professionals live here. A lovely place to live so far.

Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the place. The amenities are fantastic, and the crew is top-notch. The unit's size and natural light are perfect. However, there's room for improvement in terms of soundproofing and the performance of the exhaust fan in the bathroom. It would be great if a food disposal unit could be added – that would make the place unbeatable. Looking forward to any enhancements in the future!

Very poor quality of soundproofing. You have to endure any noise brought by the inconsiderate people without good help from the management. Not to mention, can you imagine you will hear more than 10 times fire alarm during one night? No joking, that was what I have been through.

Poor relationship between management and residents, the front desk are busy. Apartment wall, appliances, noice control are poor. Overall an medium level rental apartment.

I am grateful to be in this newly built apartment and so far I have met many wonderful people. I love the gym specifically. it's a relatively peaceful and kind of vibe place to stay. Especially for a person who moved out from NYC to Harrison with open space and very convenient walking distance to PATH. As well as my packages are safe now

There was so major inconveniences associated with not being able to move in on time due to construction delays. I believe that The Wydles could have been more compassionate and eager to make right the delay, especally since we were squeezed into a model studio apartment. The actual apartment was not as clean as it should have been given this was never occupied and there were little damages already to the marble and the chipped paint on the door. Otherwise it has been a pleasant experience, though I do wish there was wifi in the study areas and that there was a dedicated dog run.

It’s really nice living in Wyldes. Pretty quite and new. All the equipments here are new and easy to use. Personally, I also like the room arrangements and the room size.

Everyone has been super nice and helpful and it has made living at the Wyldes feel like home. It is super safe and pretty quiet despite work still going on in the building. Everyone I have met (staff and tenant alike) has all been really nice and happy about staying at the Wyldes. This is certainly a great community to be a part of!
