I have lived in the Woodward Building for nearly three years and love it. The building is a beautiful historic treasure in a perfect location with terrific amenities, especially the rooftop deck with stunning views. The units are clean, modern, and very quiet. Most impressive are the front desk staff and management, who are friendly, professional, and truly committed to helping the residents enjoy our apartment homes. Truly a great place to live!

We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to have you as a resident at Woodward Building.
The building itself is located in a spectacular part of the city. When you live here you live in history. The views are spectacular and the building is kept impeccably clean and well decorated. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They know the city and each bring a certain perspective that allows for a wide palate of happenings and "go to" spots for any occasion. The tenants are all friendly and are certain to say hello in the elevators and hallways. But there is also a sense of quiet and self that you do not get in some buildings. Although the building is full you have your space and privacy. When admiring the views from the spectacular roof top deck you can engage in conversation of enjoy your peach and quiet. The gym is spotless and well equipped. Get rid of that gym membership, it's all here! Lastly, my dogs love it here! There are other pups to play with and a doggie play date can be easily scheduled on the buildings tenant portal. There are two great parks near by for walking. How many dogs can claim to do their business in front of the White House? This building is truly as advertised, a beautiful space in a wonderful location with all you need to enjoy your daily life in this special city.
The Woodward building was fully renovated in 2008, which means that you are living in the historic downtown (literally two blocks from the White House) but with the commodities of the 21st Century. The best feature of the building (aside from a business center and a gym) is the roof terrace! No words to describe the best views of the city.
