Property Ratings at The Woods of Park Hills
As a former resident everything was ok until 2nd or 3rd month in.. It was around then I found out there owned by 2 different people/ families. That don't necessarily get a long with, and causes problems/ false accusations against each others tenants to the "Condos Association." Not just that, but terrible maintence. Nothing gets fixed and when it FINALLY does its rigged, done poorly, and not correct. Would not reccomend this place at all.. Literally the only good thing is it's near Devou Park. That is all..
Management is not able to be contacted. I always get voicemail when I call and it takes them days to call back. It takes weeks for maintenance to come out to fix problems like a water leak. Management acts like I am bothering them when I ask why I don't have warm water? There is no management office, there is no emergency maintenance, and they are unwilling to fix issues.
Management is extremely rude. Maintenance team does not exist. Apartments smell of cigarette smoke and are outdated. They will put a new fridge in an apartment and call it updated but the cabinets, counters, fixtures, and walls are from 1980. I went months without hot water. When I would call management about hot water or about the terrible smell in the apartment or about the two tones of paint all over my walls they told me I was bothering them.
This is a small apartment community in Park Hills. The location is very convenient to downtown, but still quiet since you are next to Devou Park. My apartment has an updated kitchen and bathroom with new carpet, which is nice. Neighbors are relatively quiet. Overall, the apartment is a decent value for the price.
