If you stay here beware not to live in the last building unless you want to live with trashy people. Awful.
I was one of the first tenants here at the Woods when they were first built. I returned years later , i was a satisfied tenant then and now !

I’ve lived on this property about 3 years and I’ve never had an issue with office or maintenance staff! Everyone is friendly and ready to help. All maintenance request (if any) are handled and completed in a very timely manner!! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.. it’s quite, reasonable and near a major freeway to commute...

I absolutely love my apartment home at The Woods at Five Mile Creek. My experience with the Office Staff has been exceptional. They have been very attentive and left no stone unturned in making sure that my concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend The Woods to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-kept residence.

I toured this community in November. While I did choose another property that had more modern appliances and more amenities, this property was #2 on my list. The property appears to be well maintained. Additionally, the person who showed me a unit and around the property was professional and courteous.

I was looking for a nice place to stay that kept me in the vicinity of my church and work. I almost didn't find this place but I am so glad I did! The assistant manager was VERY nice and so helpful, starting from the inquiry email I sent to come and view the place, all the way until the day I moved in and I know her kindness won't stop! I love my place! It's beautiful and well taken care of! Very upscale look! The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. I moved here for my job in June and I finally feel at home here! oh and the assistant manager also let me view and "approve" of my place before signing the lease. This may be standard for some, but a lot of places in this area try to pressure you into the lease and will only show you the model! There was no pressure here, Mrs. Donna did everything she could to make sure I was happy and comfortable! So, that gave them big time points with me also!
