Location location location. The staff are very nice and friendly. The apartments are a bit small. Don’t fall for living on the penthouse floors. You pay extra to live underneath the gym where people slam weights day in and day out. Little to no help from management either.

I am happy with the look and feel of the property. There is a guest room to reserve when you have out of town guests. I was handled though. Like that they organize events often. Even got headshots from one vendor brought in.

I've been living in many apartments in the past and I have to say Witmer is one of the best. The apartment has one of the best locations - metro is right outside of the building, and there's fashion center, costco, whole foods, target - everything you need is right around the corner. The management is one of the best too. Erin helped me find my home and throughout the time she is so friendly and welcoming. The management responds to all my emails within one day - you can always reach them. No unreasonable pricing, no random charges. The apartment itself is so beautiful and clean. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home in Pentagon City - you can't miss Witmer.

Great but closet and master room r a bit too small! Kitchen and bathroom are too small too. But it’s warm, inviting and the elevators work great. Garbage and recycle disposal are excellent!

Love the staff. Have some issues with the VA Commonwealth gov and my disabilities but that isn’t really anyone’s fault here. There is a random beeping noise that needs to be stopped. That’s my only complaint.

CON: One key is not enough (extra key $1000.00). Pool is not open year-round (amenity fee is still $500.00). Only one specialty drink machine for so many people! Sound of water flows through the walls. Water lingers on sink around handles and faucet. (Poor design). Flooring is too fragile even the kitchen island leaves a mark (dent) Fridge door (freezer) does not open wide. It’s a struggle to store frozen food! Appliances are worn down. Interior design makes space look smaller than it actually is. (Shower heads with handles would be nice). PRO: Wonderful location. Beautiful view from the penthouse. (Thank you for this shared space!) Thank you for the smoke-free environment. Thank you for the beautiful cabinets. Thank you for the amazing staff. Thank you for the cleaners and everyone keeping the community clean.

Overall, quite satisfied with the move-in and experience at The Witmer. One negative is the weak water pressure. Due to its lack of pressure, does not give a feeling of a full, clean shower.

The greatest thing about this building is the proximity to the Metro station. Being close to the mall is a bit overrated since there are also real downsides — traffic and crime. Just pulling out of the driveway is an ordeal. The interiors are better than the average apartment building, but not extraordinary. The light fixtures and carpet seem a bit dated. Storage: decent, not great. Back to positive things, my 2nd and 3rd favorite things are the staff and rooftop views. In a neighborhood with endless police activity and commotion, having a 24/hour staff gives me some confidence that emergencies will be handled quickly. The maintenance team is really, really great. The cost of rent is higher than the Arlington average, which is high considering that the rent in this county is already $700 higher than the average rent nationwide.

Perfect , it's a great choice for commuters. The area features high-rise living and has seen significant development in recent years. It is generally considered safe and is also near several parks and green spaces.

I like the community. It is close to the pentagon fashion center. Chick fil A and Chase bank is right in the building, & the best part is costco is just behind the building.

I’ve been here so far so great. Maintenance staff is responsive. They do frequent unit maintenance like filters, dryers, etc. The front desk staff is my favorite. I love saying hi because they are so nice.

Great service. Great location. Great amenities. A little expensive, but they do try to give you your money’s worth. The parking is assigned but a bit of a pain (close turns and 5-6 levels).

I have been living here for 7 months and I still love it here! Having the mall and other grocery stores so close by is amazing as well as the convenience of having the metro within just a few steps away from the building. I could not have found a better place to live!

Fantastic! I still can’t believe I live here - it still feels like a dream. To add, it feels like a long staycation in Waikiki (where I recently moved from). From the maintenance to the leasing/management team, they ensure your living here is top notch. Very good experiences living here. The staffs are all very helpful, they always try their best to help you. This is the best apartment I have ever lived. Definitely recommended. I had to go to California for work, otherwise I’m going stay here forever.

The neighbourhood is one of the finest. The regal maintenance along with proper conditioning of every amenity is just awesome. Witmer also hosts multiple events which is so good.

Everyone that works here but especially Shirley and Antoinette (and maintenance, who fix things amazingly fast) is very kind to us. In a way like neighbors. In general residents are more friendly and respectful here than you might experience in some other buildings in Northern VA. The pool is the best amenity but the whole roof deck is gorgeous. Our apartment gets a ton of light and the building is designed for energy efficiency. The concrete construction also keeps it cooler and quieter noise wise. The only think I think could be improved is speed and reliability and security of internet in the public areas like the roof and penthouse space.

The Witmer is the BEST apartment in the Arlington, VA area. It is right above the Pentagon City Metro Station and beside the bus stations. Pentagon City Mall is across the street and the apartment building connects to a strip mall which houses Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, CVS, Five Below, Costco, a beauty salon and restaurants. The units have nice layouts and quality fixtures. The Penthouse has a well equipped gym, clubroom, spacious lounge, conference room, business center, an outdoor pool, bbq grills, a fantastic 360 degree view and outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy. The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous and the apartment is well maintained. There are many activities and events for all the residents.

We moved into The Witmer in early December and the move in process was very efficient and went very well. The unit has a nice layout and is equipped with quality appliances. Insulation is good, so we don’t hear our neighbors. Having all the amenities (and a huge outdoor area) on the Penthouse is a plus. We look forward to spending more time there in summer. The staff (Ben, Antonette, Shirley, Nikki and the maintenance and cleaning crew) are very helpful, friendly and courteous. The many events at The Witmer bring the community together and make it fun to live here. There is something for everyone, even for the dogs! Antonette does an amazing job of planning and preparing for all the events. The building, the amenities, the location and the staff make The Witmer the best place to live.
