So far, my experience here at the Winston has been great! The staff is very friendly and always willing to any questions I have. The only down side I’ve experienced is the delay in my current maintenance requests.

South End Charlotte is the place to be

If you are new to Charlotte, South End is where all of the best shopping, restaurants, and bars are. Centro Square is a newer property in South End and I have to say that this property is Gorgeous! The property is clean, the leasing team is friendly, and I love the high end finishes in the apartments. I cannot wait to move in!

Centro Square is at a prime location with the light rail and bus stops only minutes away as well numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The complex is clean, quiet, efficiently designed and the perfect spot for short-term stays. The move-in process was smooth and the leasing office is an absolute pleasure to work and communicate with.

Do not lease with this apartment unless you want to deal with an unprofessional leasing office and terrible insulation (can hear my upstairs neighbors every slight movement)

Overpriced with overall poor construction and few amenities

Counting the days until our lease expires.... Pros: - great location - good windows/sunlight Cons: - little to no insulation ( this is a BIG con as I work from home - I can literally hear the conversations of the tenants above me - every "small" sound seems amplified thru the ceiling, including every small step their dog takes ) - low quality construction ( sloppy finishes and move-in punch list was never completed - still have large holes in kitchen cabinets from a bad install ) - no amenities besides the gym ( no pool or common areas for entertaining ) - leasing office staff

New and great location

New apartment building and very close to all the bars, restaurants, and shops in South End! Love all of the appliances and the layout of the apartments. Also it smells like donuts all of the time ??

I actually like it here!

Everything is near by I barely have to drive anywhere! We go to the bars and clubs and restaurants right up the road. My friends also live in South End but they are spending way more than me but have a pool, so I just go to their pool if needed lol

Brand New and Very Central.

Everything feels very clean and modern and I’ve loved the centrality, I can walk to work, bars and grocery. It’s awesome to walk just up the block to Canopy on the light rail. Staff friendly and solid gym situation.

Amazing design and best south end location

The building’s design is modern and sleek. The interior finishes are gorgeous. One of the best locations in all of South End….plus right next to a park and light rail station!
