It's nice that there aren't so many loud music competitions going on now. It is also nice not to feel vulnerable while walking my dog in the late evening. There are people still hanging out after dark, so I don't feel like I can walk my dog far. We can typically go less than halfway to the trash dumpster.

I would have to say that the management team is great there when I moved into my apartment, 437 the apartment whoever lived there prior to me moving in was nasty appliances are broken. The door is broken. It barely closes. The knob is about to fall off their stains on the carpet the whole entire apartment smells like smoke Their cigarette stains all over the countertops and things. The washer and dryer is broken. There’s roaches water bugs, nuts the place doesn’t look like it has been clean even though they said that my apartment was ready and it just needs some serious maintenance done to it. I have put in over 10 maintenance request to get all this stuff fixed. I’m not sure why it’s like that.
Roaches are a problem when it wasn't a problem before. People leave a trash everyone and hanging out and drinking. The loud music is also a problem late at night.

There was a time if the apartment above mine would cause a leak. I would report to maintenance. They would come out look at it and take pictures. Then they would tell me they would be back to fix it. They never came back. Finally the ceiling of one of my restrooms caved in. There was black mold all over the place. Finally they hired a guy to come and fix it. We have new management and they are slowly getting things up to par.

My apartment is full of roaches I don’t like it that’s very nasty. The parking here is always packed never anywhere to park, the stairs are always covered with people can’t even walk into your own apartment comfortably.

Trash is constantly piling up because there are not enough trash bins for the entire complex, recently they sent an email saying they would no longer warn you about trash on your front door, but they have a similar policy of trash on top of the bin. there are other issues such as constant water shut offs. This place has had 2 fires in the last 3 years, first one a whole building caught fire, second one an entire car port caught fire. there package thieves and the mailboxes are in poor shape.

Lived here for over a year, and the only good thing I can say is that the maintenance crew is great. Aside from that, cops get called to the property at least once a week, my car has been broken into, trash is constantly everywhere - which leads to a pretty bad roach problem, the front desk is often un helpful and un responsive. When a bad storm rolled through it knocked down several tree branches, which caused a considerable amount of damage to the buildings & my car. If they took care of the property and cut over hanging branches like they should, it would have saved me $100s. Finally decided enough is enough and im glad to say I wont have to deal with this complex much longer.

If you’re looking for somewhere run down, this is the place for you! It used to be a nice complex, but air conditioner is always out, the pathways are disgusting, paint on building is peeling and it looks disgusting, you have to haul your trash super far to the dumpster if you don’t live in a unit near it (most of us have to drive our trash to the dumpster due to the haul), the grounds are alway dirty with trash and glass, parking is terrible if you come home after 8pm, it’s hard to get in contact with the office by phone (I’ve saw them bluntly ignore the phone and make comments about not answering), repairs? Ha! Forget about it. I know no complex is perfect, but I’ve definitely lived in better and seen better. This place will trick you into thinking it’s decent, but it’s really a dump! Can’t wait until my lease is up!

If you order online a lot then reconsider living here. During the winters they close at 5:30 making picking up packages near impossible if you work during the week. There really should be a better logistical system in place for people who work normal business hours to receive packages. I have caught them leaving and they won't even offer to get the package for you. Very unprofessional. [Edited on 2018-01-17] The package delivery system remains awful. The logic to closing early was because of it being dark. It is now light outside at 6:00 and still they are closing early. There is simply no way to receive mail until a Saturday when the office closes so early. Changed apartments and the insulation in this one is even worse than the previous. Heating bill skyrocketed and the apartment still remains freezing. Instead of sending lots of pointless e-mails about canceled events work on fixing problems with the complex.

It pretty amazing that I called at 10am this morning about my sink leaking badly and it has been over 2 hours and no one has come to fix the problem ,and this was a problem from the first the supervisor said he fixed it he did not so now I have to spend my whole saturday waiting for them to come when we are suppose to have a live in maintenance on property that's funny I hate that I moved here it one problem after another with these people I believe I keep getting looked over so I would really like for the lady that owe these the property to give me a call because asap and I can't give a your maintenance crew they suck that my review

We moved in August 2015 and property was under IMT Management and the office staff was really nice and friendly along with the maintenance crew. Was always willing to help you out with repairs. In December the property was taken over by Priderock. There is never the same people in the office when you go in. They don't have the website running to where you can make your rent payment or request maintenance. I was told the website would be working 02/01/206. Well just tried to pay rent and I am not found. Its a big mess. We will not be renewing our lease. The only plus is location and neighborhood.

This apartment is okay for someone not really looking for anything new or upgraded. The apartments are old and in great need of updating (hence popcorn walls and ceilings). The surrounding area is fairly quiet and the maintenance team is very helpful and try their best to assist in any way possible. That is a plus for this place considering how outdated it is. As far as the priceing is concerned I would expect more for the amount being given monthly.

I have moved in to the willows about a month ago and i am amazed ! Its all i hoped it would be and much much more. Its so peaceful and beautiful and the staff from those in the office to the maintenance are wonderful. i recommend the willows to any one who want a great place to live!
