Very quiet and receives no noise from 18th st. It is located in between the main Adams Morgan strip and the lower bars of 18th st (Jack Rose...etc). Available March 15th or April 1st The unit was renovated in 2012 and has all of the features of a true luxury condo. It is perfect for singles, couples, or families with a small child. Condo amenities: Hardwood floors throughout Exposed brick New stainless steel GE kitchen appliances Gas stove Full sized, front loading washer/dryer in unit Large private patio attached to unit 24 hour roof deck access (best view in DC) Central AC/heat Ceiling fans in bedroom, den, living room Large glass door shower The unit is located less than a mile from the Woodley Park, Dupont Circle, and U Street metro stations. It is also 200ft from the bus stop on 18th and California.
