A welcoming and inclusive apartment. The staff are friendly and want each person to enjoy their stay here at the Waverly. The only concern would be the package room is not well organized and has lead to not easily finding your package.

No major issue from the apartment / leasing side. At rooftop, some issues. Usually the outdoor tables are dirty, some residents let their dogs run out the whole floor even when there is a place dedicated for dogs which is extremely annoying.

I love the Waverly. All of the staff have been extremely helpful whenever I’ve had questions or issues and everyone is so friendly. I’ve had three minor maintenance issues and all three were addressed and resolved in the same day.

This is our third year living in this apartment. Overall, we’re quite happy with it. I really like the layout of our unit. One great thing about this place is that it’s not a big community, so it’s usually quiet. If nothing changes in my life, I’d be happy to stay here long-term.

The building is very well maintained and the gym is good but crowd at busy hours. Roof floor has beautiful view and amenity to host parties.

Very welcoming and open community with inclusive events held multiple times every week - perfect for transplants :) The amenities are also amazing with a nice gym and an amazing rooftop with a speakeasy.

This complex is BEAUTIFUL. Feels like luxury with its style, AC and amazing amenities. Truly love everything about this building. The staff is awesome and so personable. Nicholas the handyman onsite is AMAZING. He's always so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure our unit is in tip top shape. Thank you Waverly team! Highly recommend living here!

Location location location! I love the location of The Waverly. You are close to so many amenities, local transportation & walkable. The property is about 2-3yrs old, lots of wear & tear, like everywhere else staff turnover high, no visible security on site. ??????? I see more inconsiderate, ignorant, lazy, entitled in the building ie. leaving trash in the trash room instead of bring it down to trash room, leave spills/trash on floor without clearing, take good cart for more than 24hrs leaving it at apt door or leave it in the package room. I could go on with more examples but I shall stop. ?? I would to see more social mixers like wine down Wednesday, summer events like beer ?? & hotdogs ??, monthly movie night(s), Bagels on Us, Paint & Sip, many many more. So far Lifestyle personhas been hard at work to organise events. I and many residents will always ask for more So Please can we see more events!

Nice building, great amenities. Leasing sometimes slower to respond to emails. Very convenient location in the middle of downtown Seattle, close to various restaurants and coffee spots.
The initial tour was great. After signing, the lack responsiveness, availability, and punctuality from the team is astounding. When pressed on this specific subject, the responsibility seems to shift to whoever is one staff or “holiday hours.” There seems to be a lot of lip service and lack of consistent follow through.

Great apartment, I feel clean and warm. I find a room fits me well, and I can easily cook, enjoy my time alone in apartment. we have our package safely placed. And guard at night.

I like this apartment’s construction; it has good quality, making sure away from the noise. And everything in the room is new, I like the windows, not so much glass but still lighting. The bathroom is also comfortable because I like the hot water which you can have a good experience in bath!

Multiple security incidents is far from ideal and leads to severe concerns. Other than security concerns, amenities and staffs are nice. Events are fun as well.

We will do our best to always put our best foot forward!Regarding the security concerns, we had the opportunity to review camera footage from this past weekend to confirm that a fell ow neighbor let a non-resident into the community. We also noticed that security was present and professionally handled the matter and deescalated the situation and convinced them to leave the premises. We understand that these situations are not ideal but we ask all residents to continue to work together and refrain from holding the door open for unknown neighbors.

Unfortunately the building has changed a lot from the beginning. I am one of the first residents and I used to really like the place, but recent events in the building make us feel like the service is getting worse and - more concerning - we do not feel safe. I won’t review the small stuff about WiFi (which you are obligated to use their provider) outages and the fact that they charged fees related to transfer of the electricity when they failed to notify all residents that they had to make the transfers. The main concern for me, as already mentioned by few reviews, is about safety for me and my family. As some already mentioned, concierge is not always available (which for the price you pay is surprising) and that created several problems, including people getting in the building and sleeping on the corridors of your floor. As if this wasn’t concerning enough, even AFTER the building hired security, there was incidents of vandalism and theft in the garage of the building. The property keeps saying how saddened they are that these things happened and that they are working on it, which I understand how things like these can happen, but here they keep happening. It is really concerning, especially when the building is supposed to be (as the price they charge) a premium place to be. It is indeed sad that we can’t feel safe. Honestly, we can’t wait until our lease is up to go to a better place.

It’s a nice building in a nice area. The apartment floor plans are small but have everything you need. The lifestyle team is very friendly and helfpul. There are regular events for the neighbors and it’s a free and fun place to live at.
