One of THE best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived! Apart from the great amenities (LOVE the coffee bar ??), the staff are THE best! They truly make this place home! What started as an accidental finding, was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year!

Overall, living here has been a really good experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place. The apartments are modern, spacious, and bright with plenty of natural light. The building feels secure. The amenities, like the gym and lounge, are clean and well cared for, which makes daily life more enjoyable. The location is another big plus, with shops, restaurants, and transit all within walking distance. If I had to point out one area that could improve, it would be the leasing office. While things get taken care of in the end, communication can sometimes feel less approachable than expected. It hasn’t been a dealbreaker, but it’s something I noticed. Overall, I’ve had a positive stay here, and I feel it’s worth a solid four stars.

No major issue from the apartment / leasing side. At rooftop, some issues. Usually the outdoor tables are dirty, some residents let their dogs run out the whole floor even when there is a place dedicated for dogs which is extremely annoying.

I love the Waverly. All of the staff have been extremely helpful whenever I’ve had questions or issues and everyone is so friendly. I’ve had three minor maintenance issues and all three were addressed and resolved in the same day.

This is our third year living in this apartment. Overall, we’re quite happy with it. I really like the layout of our unit. One great thing about this place is that it’s not a big community, so it’s usually quiet. If nothing changes in my life, I’d be happy to stay here long-term.

Location location location! I love the location of The Waverly. You are close to so many amenities, local transportation & walkable. The property is about 2-3yrs old, lots of wear & tear, like everywhere else staff turnover high, no visible security on site. ??????? I see more inconsiderate, ignorant, lazy, entitled in the building ie. leaving trash in the trash room instead of bring it down to trash room, leave spills/trash on floor without clearing, take good cart for more than 24hrs leaving it at apt door or leave it in the package room. I could go on with more examples but I shall stop. ?? I would to see more social mixers like wine down Wednesday, summer events like beer ?? & hotdogs ??, monthly movie night(s), Bagels on Us, Paint & Sip, many many more. So far Lifestyle personhas been hard at work to organise events. I and many residents will always ask for more So Please can we see more events!

The initial tour was great. After signing, the lack responsiveness, availability, and punctuality from the team is astounding. When pressed on this specific subject, the responsibility seems to shift to whoever is one staff or “holiday hours.” There seems to be a lot of lip service and lack of consistent follow through.

Great apartment, I feel clean and warm. I find a room fits me well, and I can easily cook, enjoy my time alone in apartment. we have our package safely placed. And guard at night.

I like this apartment’s construction; it has good quality, making sure away from the noise. And everything in the room is new, I like the windows, not so much glass but still lighting. The bathroom is also comfortable because I like the hot water which you can have a good experience in bath!
