The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Waterview
As a current Tenant for 2 months living here has been Great. The building is quiet and clean. The reason for 3 stars is due to the grilling area and rooftop. It’s only one grill for all the units which is not enough and the one grill is poorly kept. Also the Chairs in the grilling area is broken. I recommend adding more grills at least three in total for the entire building to enjoy. Also just a suggestion I think Grill for outdoor grilling should be added in the rooftop area. Also the rooftop needs some upgrades , the pillows and cushion for the chairs need to be replaced due being left out during bad weather. Those minor changes and repair can have a major impact for us tenants leaving here. As you can also see there is a lot of competition in other buildings surrounding
Lived here for more than two years. The location is great. Close to the rail station and shopping. Beautiful waterfront view. Great view of NYC skyline. We moved into a brand new room, which was very nicely designed. The management is very friendly and interested in getting to know everyone. Overall, good experience.
FYI, when you move out of your apartment here you will be charged a "renovations" fee, as they like to call it. In my situation, they added this fee to my online account prior to even seeing my apartment and prior to my move out walkthrough. If you decide to lease here check your lease before you sign it and have them put in writing they will not charge you a "renovations" fee before you move and see what they say. My lease did not have a "renovations" fee mentioned. The amount they tried to charge me changed twice over the time of my dispute with them. I spoke to another tenant that was also moving and they had the same experience but they were being charged a different amount. If you don't pay this they will file a claim against Rhino if you use Rhino as your security deposit insurance. This is a very high level review, as I'm sparing the actual disturbing details on all that actually happened and all I experienced while living here. If management wants to reply to this review I will be more than happy to provide a full breakdown of my experience living here! Hey, at least the building looks fancy :)
