Stretching along the I-35 from MLK down to East 8th St., Austin’s Medical District is a prime example of the city’s flourishing economy and lively attractions. Beautiful brand new building in a fantastic neighbourhood just beyond the fray of the crazy close enough to walk but far enough to have a nice sleep. Fantastic public spaces and amenities, how many buildings have a lap pool and a lounging pool along with a two floor gym… Very well designed.

The Waller was my final stop on my apartment tour journey here in Austin and I’m so glad that I decided to pop in. We objectivity rated 20 downtown ATX high rise building across 15 dimensions, such as unit finishes, pool, gym, co-working, location, kitchen, etc. . The Waller was the clear winner from our analysis, and we are now happy residents!

No pool access or updates for timeline, insane fees for nothing being open except gym, hallway trash is a terrible fee and gross to look at, required package service fetch is bad
