The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Vue
This is a very poorly run building by a management that doesn't care about the residents. There are 3 elevators in the building of which one is a service elevator that can be booked when resident are moving. The middle elevator has been down for MONTHS and when someone has booked the service elevator, the entire building is dependent on ONE elevator which means you are waiting for 20 minutes for an elevator to show up to squeeze into. The wait times especially become crazy during "peak hours" when folks have to get to classes and work. The lady at the management office is apathetic to residents concerns and is a master deflector. Never gives a direct answer to the question or will just rattle off standard lines that her boss has probably told her to mouth. Find a better place to spend your money, you won't regret not living here as this place is only getting worse by the day.
The building is great for students, not so much if you are a family and like your peace and quiet. Guys screaming and running down hallways past midnight is common. Loud parties, drunk college kids making out in corridors that smell of puke is common. Management doesn’t care about noise complaints or any complaints for that matter. Security isn’t 24/7 and amenities are average at best. They should just rent out the whole building to Rutgers.

The apartments are nice but the management team is extremely unprofessional and rude. There are newer, nicer buildings in New Brunswick the same price range.
We are sadly leaving our awesome 2 br apt. But we loved every second of loving there. Great amenities, door man, gym. And oh yeah, it's better than The Aspire...and cheaper. We checked out the Aspire and it just doesn't compare. Much better apartment layout at the vue. Anyway, you won't regret living here right next to train station.
