It’s a pretty nice place to live. Decent size apartments. Pretty quiet and people are friendly. Nice pool but a little shallow ( which I understand) and gym is nice.

The location is superb. The amenities such as the extensive greenbelt, pool, washer and dryer, and gated community are awesome. The apartments look clean, are spacious, and new. I would say the downfalls are the time it takes maintenance to handle a priority issue, the "false promises" I have received from certain staff members (not all), and the lack of attentiveness to new renters who've just moved in (by this I mean no one went over the lease with me or showed me how to access main areas on the property that I would need to know about, and they forgot to activate my car tag and give me a new key for my mailbox which they locked me out of and forgot to mention it to me).

I’ve lived here for a few years now and multiple management companies and the same issues are still going on. The pools aren’t always the cleanest. The trash cans are literally always overflowing and the trash bins overflow with dirty doggy bags. There is no fitness center; all the machines, free weights and the one smith machine doesn’t work and are extremely outdated. The worst thing is that there are never any sanitizing wipes so unless you take your own, I’m pretty sure the equipment is not being cleaned. The previous management team would power wash the walk ways and stairway walls and doors from time to time. Now everything is covered in debris and bird poop. I do love the area. That’s all about what I love living here.

Other than the initial move in where it was kinda dirty and not receiving help until management got involved. Cleaning crew is very lethargic, they did not want to clean when they arrived, barely had any cleaning supplies. That was disappointing, no vacuum, just 1 bucket with barely any cleaning supplies. Super weird experience, kinda taken a back by it all. Management staff was really receptive though, quick to implement an action plan though.

The community of residence is great. Dog park play dates are very enjoyable. Events are okay but seem last minute. I wish the middle patch of grass would be used for something like an off leash area for the dogs or maybe a volleyball, fire pit area with hammocks and seating.

Beat place i even lived. Love the rooms, quiet community, very good office staff and quick maintenance service. Only complaint is lack of EV charging station.
This is a great place to live, with friendly neighbors and efficient staff. So if you're looking for that in an apartment cone check it out.
Fantastic so far moving was easy. Maintenance is fast. Front desk is responsive and kind always able to answer our questions fully. The neighborhood is beautiful!
Amazing community. Clean, neighbors are nice. I believe maintenance could be a little bit more active with their request they take a while to do requests.

I’ve been here almost 4 years and the community has been great. I do wish the fitness center would be updated; the squat rack and weights are old and pretty worn out and there isn’t really much options other than a couple of leg machines.

I love living here! It’s so pretty and peaceful and Renee is so nice and helpful! The pool is large and beautiful and has 2 grills and there are lots of trees and beautiful views.

Luscious trees, and beautiful views, gorgeous resort style pool, lovely gym. Plenty of trails and walking available in the community. Beautiful landscaping.

The complex itself isn't bad. We have ran into quite a bit of problems while living here. A lot of them being very minimal, bit the transition to new property management has been the biggest one. This place needs a lot of work and the manager needs more experience to make the residence living experience actually worth what they're paying for.
I have lived here for close to 4 years now. One of the reasons why my husband and I chose this apartment over others was because of the location and quietness. We love that we are not off of a highway and that the grounds of the apartment are spread out and not noisy. The complex was good then, but now with all the improvements if has only gotten better!

The front pool is beautiful and feels like being at a resort. Lots of fun activities for the residents in the community: live music events at the pool, Pets Alive fundraiser, painting and art activities, movie night at the pool as well as fun food events for the residents. The fitness area facing the pool is excellent and the business center (with internet) and coffee machine in the club house is a major plus. My apartment is beautiful and has modern upgrades and gets amazing sunrise views and a view of DT Austin. This is a great location in Austin close to grocery stores and green spaces, walking trails, violet crown trail and the LBJ wildflower center. Close to shopping centers and lots of food cart and restaurant options. Nice place to live in southwest Austin.

I have lived here going on 7 years this time, after living elsewhere for 1 year I returned to this community...It's been updated with new roofs, paint, and many of the units have been remodeled. I had lived here previously for 3 years and moved back. Love the location, easy access to all major freeways, great green spaces with darling critters! Close to everything to make life simple and enjoyable.

From the moment I opened the door of the Leasting Office at The Vista on Brodie Micah was super helpful, efficient and thorough in my application process. From application to move in was just 5 days, which was required due to my quick relocation to Austin. The property is very green and relaxing, a needed break from the city. Excellent job!

The community is quiet and maintenance is always quick to fix anything thats broken. The recent updates, including the HVAC, are a huge plus.

Good apartments, very clean, they got some things upgraded this year 2023. they repainted and got the main pool an upgrade with new chairs. I’m sure the newer apartments have newer appliances.

I’ve lived at the Vista on Brodie almost 2 years now, and I feel like the community has only been improved upon since then. Exterior, landscaping, pool and parking lot improvements have been made. AC and thermostat upgrades were made this past summer. The management team has been responsive to my needs, and overall do a great job communicating with tenants about projects and events. I love that the property is so close to shopping and freeways, but many of the buildings are far enough removed from the main road that it feels quiet and like its own little neighborhood. I only gave 4/5 stars because not all unit finishes are updated, but I know that’s in the works. I hope to continue living here as long as I am renting in the Austin area.
