Since the acquisition three months ago, management has overcharged on rent every month since. Then, they closed my account for seemingly no reason. After days of calling, voicemails, and emailing, and hearing from no one, I was alone in my apartment when someone tried to force their way in. It was terrifying. Turns out it was someone from management. Despite my constant attempts to alert management that the apartment was not vacant, they had ignored my messages and tried to enter anyway. After it took that near break-in to get anyone in management to speak to me, they overcharged my account again. When speaking to the property manager, he completely ignored my concerns and whined about Highmark and how tough he's go it trying to find people to hire. I wonder why. I didn't know someone could be condescending and whiny in the same breath. It was unprofessional and embarrassing, to say the least.
My experience here at The Villas has been great. Alexis in the front office great me with a smile and was very helpful from the first time I walked through the door and every time I had a problem she went above and beyond in helping me with my application and getting me moved in, she was amazing. I have really enjoyed living here the short time I have been here. Very peaceful and quiet. I would recommend this place to others.

The stairs and the entrance in front of your door way stays nasty, trash is left on the porch (late trash pickup).Calling in for a work order is a joke....don't come out or the order never done right or still needs repair or replacement

The gates are never working, the fobs barely have access to anything, cannot access the package room, packages are consistently stolen. For a newly renovated unit, there is far too much carpet. You can find newer, nicer communities with front gates that actually work for around the same price, if not CHEAPER, even within the loop.

Great complex. The maintenance people aren’t the best but are quick to respond. It is pretty quiet but there are a lot of tenants speed around the parking lots.

Love my unit! I'm a returning resident. I really like it over here, so far so good. My area is clean, my neighbors are quiet. I had one issue when I first moved in with the handle on the freezer, maintenance came right away and repaired it.

Well..tbh- no cameras, back gate to the park is always open & someone keeps shoving a stick in the gate hole so the gate door won't lock, the front gate by the office is always breaking so it's continuously left open, I highly doubt they keep track of guests parking in the community so I normally have to park further from my building, my car got broken into and there's no video evidence to show who did it. I am looking into other living arrangements. I pay too much to put up with this.

The day my family and I moved in, we didn't expect to see a very good looking place. Very clean, no cars or vehicles running fast in the streets or noise. That's one of the things we like about the place. Neighbors are very social, very nice as well. I really recommend this place, the price range is very good, very comfortable at the bills etc. My kids love the place and it's very important to see them happy.

Amazing community. Staff is always willing to go above and beyond to assist. The complex is clean and well put together. The only flaw I see is the gates to get into the apartment complex some times have issues.

Nice apt complex. Quiet and clean. The not problem is people speed through the parking lot. But otherwise this apartment complex is a nice place to live.

The fees on fees on fees with this place. But the car wash never works. Boxes get stolen from porches and mail room. Staff is completely unhelpful and disregarding. The amount of people who dump and go through the garbages. The gates that do not work on a regular. Oh and the constant leaking fire hydrants. This place should let us charge them for all the mishandled repairs, strangers on the property, all the junk that just piles up and so on. This place is too expensive and not managed well. Don’t rent here you will be sorry.

Everyone here is so nice, especially my neighbors next door. The complex area is kept up and clean. I don’t have to worry about puddles outside my door when it rains. Making maintenance requests through the app is simple although don’t expect responses right away on certain things. So far, my experience has been good.
