You're going to want to live here I recently had an opportunity to tour this property. Ember, the representative knew the property well and answered all of my questions. The day I toured, it was very quiet, the tenants that I interacted with were very polite and had great things to say about living there.

The woman who gave us a tour was wonderful. The exterior and landscaping are great, but the individual units are way too small for our needs

Here's a polished version of your review for posting online: --- Not Worth the "Luxury" Label We’ve been living here for a few months now, and while the complex has some good features, it falls far short of being a "luxury" property. Pros: The clubhouse is beautiful, and the gym is adequate for an apartment complex. The sauna is a nice touch. Cons: 1. Maintenance Issues: Upon moving in, the garbage disposal was broken, there was mold in the bathroom, and the AC hasn’t worked properly (likely a blower motor issue). Despite multiple work orders, the maintenance team doesn’t seem to know how to fix it and keeps closing the tickets without resolving the problem. Any maintenance request takes weeks to address, often requiring follow-ups and visits to the office. 2. Landscaping and Water Charges: The grass is overwatered in warmer months, to the point where my foot sank ankle-deep into soggy lawn. Tenants are charged for water as a separate line item, which feels unfair considering the wasteful overwatering practices. 3. Outdated Appliances: The appliances in the unit are old and low-quality, far from what you’d expect in a luxury complex. 4. False Advertising: Some units appear to be subsidized housing, which isn’t a problem in itself, but the landlords clearly cut corners by installing cheap appliances. It’s disappointing for a complex that markets itself as luxury to be luxury only in cost, not quality. Overall, while the amenities are nice, the outdated features, poor maintenance, and hidden costs make this complex a poor value. If you're looking for true luxury, look elsewhere.

Having lived in our own 3-bedroom home for over 20 years, I didn't relish the thought of squeezing our lives into a 2-bedroom apartment. After visiting complexes around downtown Reno, the Virginia Lake area, and in Stead, we chose Villas D'Andrea. The first thing I noticed about units at Villas D'Andrea was that they don't feel like apartments. The floor plans give a sense of home and the feeling that there is life after home ownership. We chose a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom 1st floor unit near the back of the complex. We moved to our apartment at Villas D'Andrea nearly four years ago. The amenities include central heat/air, laundry room inside the unit, patio, microwave, computer nook, walk-in closet in the 2nd bedroom, 2 electric outlets on each wall of every room, and a living room ceiling fan, The master bath includes full-size seated shower. There is a pool, hot tub, and gas grill by the clubhouse/rental office. Inside the clubhouse, there is a gym, massage therapist, and tanning bed available. Rent includes the water bill and basic cable TV. The living room and bedrooms have cable outlets. Another interesting point is that I use a power wheelchair, but our apartment isn't an "ADA-accessible" apartment. I can get my chair into both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and even the walk-in closet! I couldn't do that in our old house. Our patio faces open space between our complex and private homes that are close enough to see but far enough not to matter. We'r at the foot of a sloping hill, and I spend many afternoons watching families of quail and rabbits go about their business two or three feet from the patio. Technicolor sunsets can be seen every evening. Shopping and restaurants are across the street (Safeway, Walgreens, CVS, pizza, sushi, Mexican, Subway Sandwiches, etc.) The downside is the expense of pet ownership. I used to have two cats, but I can't afford the $300 per/pet deposit. Dog owners pay an additional $25/month for pet rent. Rent on 2-bedroom/2-bath units are $1,028. There are also 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. Rents have increased by about $6/month over the last 4 years.

I moved into these apartments in April with my boyfriend and our son who is now a year. These apartments are in a terrific area that let you know that it's more than just family friendly. We have a two bedroom, two bath, and it is so spacious (which is what we need for a baby who is absolutely everywhere !) Since we've been here, I've noticed that no matter who you see outside in the complex, whether they're walking their dog, leaving, or coming home, everyone always greets you with a smile, it's lovely and makes you feel really welcomed. Everyone who works in the office is super friendly and helpful with whatever questions you have. The only downfall is that they're a bit expensive.. But I would still say that it's definitely worth it !
