The Village Dallas

The Village is a good place to live. It is quiet and safe. The grounds and buildings are clean and well kept. The fitness center and walking trail are a big plus for me. It is also in a central location with easy access to shopping, entertainment and public transportation.

As a home owner for many years, I was worried that apartment living would be difficult. That has not been my experience at The Village. There is so much green space and places to be in nature! Plus you get all of the amenities and activities, associated with an apartment and more. The Village feels like home and its own little community all in one. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be!

It’s a great experience living here, it’s hard to complain about the community

The Village is a nice place to live with a variety of pricing options. The prices seem reasonable. The people are friendly, the grounds well kept, the amenities plentiful, the outdoor spaces beautiful. The community is large but spread out, so that there is a neighborhood feel.

The Village is a secret gem in Dallas. It’s a beautiful property and well maintained. Lots of greenery, nice restaurants, fitness club, outdoor pools and shopping’s are in close proximity. The Bend is one of the older apartments, but kept in a great shape. It has been my home for eighteen years. It’s quiet and fairly safe. I love that they have long time employees. David is awesome and there is nothing he can’t fix. Mike does wonders with cabinets and fixtures. Both of them are top notch. In general, the Bend is a lovely place to reside.

Oh the several years that I’ve lived here safety cleaning of the property maintenance that respect for your privacy is always been excellent. It’s a win-win.

The location and staff are wonderful. There are plenty of events for people who live here as well as some pretty tasty food in the middle of the place for everybody. Who knows? Maybe you’ll even meet your soulmate here. I know I did.

Well, we are delighted to live here, it is a very good neighborhood, we have many stores near us, roads the 75 Central expressway, we are near the mall, for us, we enjoy living here good management, we find courtesy and help always.

Although we had the opportunity to live in another community we choose The Bend because of it's security. The other location was slightly cheaper with updated kitchen and living space. The place is dated and could be updated easily but safety was higher on the priority list for us. Overall we are satisfied with our choice.

Going on my fourth year at the Village, it has been nothing but a great community. I am glad to be part of the Village family and look forward to years to come!

The Village is the best secret in town. It is an amazing property with top notch amenities (pool, gym, restaurants, trails, night life, etc.). Although, the Bend is an older complex, it has a quite charm and is kept clean and well maintained. Kudos to the current office team who runs it. A special recognition to David and Mike, a long time employees of the Bend. Thank you!

The village has decided they care more about maximizing profits than the comfort of their residents. They are blasting music at the pool and you can hear every single word inside your apartment if you live in the Drey until 10 pm most nights. DO NOT LIVE THERE. The village is unwilling to cooperate and adjust the volume however they did offer me a $400 voucher for the disturbance rather than paying to relocate me to a different apartment. I moved out but if you are staying you might as well at least take the voucher.

Good value for rental price point, depending on your income. Potential tenants with fixed incomes may find leasing and utility costs a little stringent.

We love living in The Village and have been here for 28 years, only moving to another apartment once. We have a wonderful community!

Overall good. Pricing is higher than I would like obviously. But we are in Dallas, and that’s the market.

The village is a great first apartment experience! The community is engaging and is perfect for social butterflies and meeting people! The on complex coffee shop and amenities are all kept in great condition and super fun to use. Not the mention the community events each month! A great place to live and experience Dallas!

Maintenance team is amazing and fast at their job!

I don’t get out to the events, but I hear they’re a lot of fun. I mostly enjoy having a place close to downtown that is a good deal and in a safe place.

I've been here for 18 yrs now & I still love living here for mostly all the amenities close by the villages & I feel pretty safe on the whole what with smiths security on hand as soon as you call them & their here in no time.The area is pretty well groomed & taken care of mostly. All the staff @ the leasing office are always without a doubt in my mind are the best as always. Always very happy to help in any way. I love it here & hopefully I'll be staying here for many years to come. Awesome place to live as always. Good job to everyone in my book,,,,!

The Village Bend has a quiet, cottage-style, cabin in the woods without the lake type of feel. It is perfect for a person who likes sustainable peace. Even the residents with dogs tend to manage them very well. I haven't had an issue with unruly tenants, and it has been a source of peace from drama. I feel like I'm thriving here. I feel blessed to be here. It is a wonderful place to live.

We’ve lived here twelve years. This is an excellent location (public transit/medical facilities/shopping/entertainment). The Bend East is clean and quiet. Leasing, security, and maintenance staff are very accommodating. Thank you.

High prices, even in the old apartments. The amenities are about making money, not serving the residents; lots of events, shows, and parties going on that aren't for the residents. It's quiet if you don't live near the amenity center.

I have been in the Village for eighteen years and it has been, most of time, a lovely experience. The property is in the middle of the city, but quiet, clean and green. The fitness and the pool are awesome, but there are other things to keep you busy and entertained, such as pickleball and volleyball courts, restaurants, scheduled events, small shops, etc. It’s a very nice place for all generations.

Great place to live due to timely maintenance responses.

The Village Bend has a nice community of friendly young adults and families and plenty of beautiful amenities. However, the nice town square amenities don’t make up for horrible ongoing pest issues (cockroaches, warms and wasps nests) and the maintenance issues that come with apartments built in the 1970s. While I have enjoyed the larger community, issues with my unit itself have left me very disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience.

My overall experience has been a very good one. It has been very refreshing to deal with a management group that actually cares about it’s resident’s!!

Theft is on the rise of stolen or damage to residents vehicles, ongoing break-in of mail room mail boxes. Drugs and Marijuana / infiltration of smell into other residents apartments

I have live here in Phase 3 since 2020, first with my adult daughter now with my girlfriend and these have been the most relaxing peaceful apartments we have lived in. The grounds are very well kept, the amenities are amazing , the people are nice, quiet, and friendly. The maintenance and ground crew are always busy working and keeping the place so spotless. I appreciate the office staff and everyone here at the Village Bend East!!!

Location, location, and location! On-site, 24/7 security, (escort available to and from your vehicle/apartment - wow!) Responsive, professional, friendly office and maintenance staff. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The environment is quiet and it’s relatively safe (there’s the “bad” everywhere you know), but all our neighbors have been the best. We’ve lived here twelve years!

The Village Bend East is a peaceful, quaint and quiet option at the Village. Located a little more towards the green and lake areas of the Village, this community is charming and walking distance to all of the action. The pools are 5/5 and the management office is so kind and exhibit true professionalism at all times. 5/5

I would say this. In my opinion, the whole village is an awesome place to live. well situated within walking distances of many business around to every ones needs, everything is well maintained, always pretty clean & the landscaping is always nice. The staff are always very eager to help you with any problems @ all & I always find they are always extremely nice in communication with you & that's awesome to me personally. This is the reason why I'm still here since 2006' & that's why I'm going to continue living here. This place absolutely rocks...! Fantastic to everybody that I come in contact with. My hat off to everybody.
