The worst and rudest Leasing I've ever seen and I've been living in apartment's all of my life. We can't be sick with a cold without getting a smoking notice from the Clowns at the Leasing because we're coughing. I heard someone coughing the last time I went to the Leasing office. Now I'm telling you 'Smoking is not allowed on the property'. The Property management company needs to get people here that know what they're doing!!!

We ran into some communication gaps in the beginning, but we were able to get everything sorted out and the office staff were empathetic and professional through their mistake. The Tides is a great place to live, although parking is a little more complicated. Everytime I come back to my place, I can never find parking close by- I wish they had more parking spots.

Great community style, fantastic maintenance staff, bug infestation is absolutely horrendous due to untreated lake that the community is dragging out having to treat.

Very Clean, Cute & Friendly Community. Has a very Townhome, Bungalow Feel which is very appealing! I feel right at home! They do fun events for residents, like food trucks, bingo, drive-thru breakfasts and more!

Tides is a beautiful place! From the apartment to the amenities. Feels like you’re on a vacation and at home at the same time. The apartments have great lighting and great storage! Our dogs get to sunbathe daily with our in home dog door. Love our new home!

Has been so amazing here! The units are amazing staff is helpful both maintenance and leasing. It’s quiet here compared to where I lived. People are friendly this has been one of my best places to live. A few minor set backs but something I got over and still give this place a 5 star

Walk to Waterside! Close to UTC and shopping! Super maintenance team, amenities and office staff! Pet friendly, well behaved and unfortunately a very small percentage not so well behaved or friendly!
Anytime that I asked for my front door to be cleaned it gets done so quickly. The entire staff really is great! I am greeted with smiles, waves, hello daily. Love living here.
The community is so helpful and nice. They make the amenities well worth the expense!! My favorite part is how friendly and kind the staff is. They’re very communicative and responsive.

Very wonderful place to live peaceful and the community is great. Very pet friendly the staff is very helpful and attentive. Maintenance it was pretty quick send request and with in the day that she usually resolved of course it depends on the issue
The Tides has been a wonderful experience and continues to surprise me with constant perks for its residents. Between the food trucks to game days to pet of the month, the Tides is a fantastic place that constantly is bringing its residents closer together and making it feel incredibly welcoming.
Happy to say that I have lived here now for over four months and could not be happier! The complex, management and particularly the maintenance staff are top flight!!!

Great neighborhood! Quiet and peaceful. Always well kept. Lots of events available from food trucks to community events. Family and animal friendly and great location to waterside village

Excellent. Maintenance is very helpful and the office staff is great. All departments are very responsive and act quickly. The facilities are nice and the morning walks are perfect around the lake.
