?????????? I absolutely love living at The Sutherland! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. Alxy, the property manager, and her team are amazing—they’re always so helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a place where the staff makes such a positive difference, but that’s exactly what you get here. 10/10 would recommend making The Sutherland your new home! I am also enjoying the new upgrade and community activities that occur here monthly. They make the residents truly feel seen and heard.
The Sutherland has been my home since its inception. The fact that it has several amenities, from a state of the art gym, large swimming pool, doggie park, elevator access and not to mention the various events they have on-site. Food Truck Friday’s are amazing, Wine down Wednesday’s they even had a State Farm Rep come and give advice on several topics regarding insurance. Now, let’s get to the Office Staff, these ladies make you feel like family when you call or go into the office. They know each resident by name and are very attentive to the needs of the residents. We have onsite GP Police also security, the parking lot is well lite at night. They offer garages as well as covered parking, it’s a gated community with remote access. You’re surrounded by local shops, restaurants at Hwy. 161, easy access to IH 20 as well as the Toll. Andretti’s will be up and coming soon, IKEA is just a 3 minute drive, the Movie Theater is the next street over. The rent is the most affordable in this area, you won’t find cheaper with better service. Come on; what are you waiting for? Move in already!!!!!

I've been living here since they opened in the summer of 2020. Almost 3 years and so grateful; the staffing has had very little change that speaks volumes. Alex (my original leasing agent) and Alisha have been solid and have taken excellent care of me as a tenant and do a good job taking care of the grounds and amenities. Like all apartments people/tenants do stupid things like leave their trash at the exit door, but maintenance staff usually pick it up the same day. A peaceful place to live; actually this is a great place to live and an awesome caring staff makes a difference. If you're looking for a great place to live check out the Sutherland's join us.?????? Terrible communication. I was told a unit was available and wanted more information and didn’t hear back. I wanted more information on the community and amenities and again nothing.
When i first moved in last year these were great. Now they are over crowded, people are beginning to trash the grounds and stairwells, parking sucks, and worst of all neighbors are extra loud. Calling the courtesy officer doesn't help. It's just... it got bad really quickly.
I been here for 6 months now, Looks great on the outside..... Lets start with the noise. These walls are paper thin, we can hear everything. Dogs, other unit conversations, and the worse part right by the empty toll highway where cars like to race and see how loud their car can get. Im in my apartment, in my bedroom with the doors shut and i can still hear my neighbors dogs who are across the hall. My apartments on college campus was more quiet. Windows are not sealed like they should, lots of wind and cool air in. Amenities only open during office hours. Parking is very limited. Im on the top floor so my bathroom vent leads to the roof I assume because I hear everything outside clear as day.
The place is in very bad condition even though it's new. Lots of things breaking down or don't work properly. Management does little to rectify the serious issues.
