Property Ratings at The Strake at Grand Central
I received a mail about a week ago about an inspection and it was supposed to happen on Tuesday, it's Thursday now and I'm not longer in town. I spoke to someone called cayla and she said that they will be there in 30 minutes and when I asked if we could reschedule because I'm not there she said it was their apartment and they can do whatever they want then hung up the phone, you can imagine my shock. This is just the beginning, my neighbor was extremely sick coughing, sneezing how do I know this? Because I can hear everything going on and no point complaining there's nothing they can do is what I heard, the walls are thin to say the least. When I first moved in I was told to send my insurance information so I got insurance and immediately sent it to them only to find out that they have been charging me for their insurance this whole time. I have so many sneaky stories like!They are kind up untiIl you sign the lease then you are literally on your own, the only thing I regret is signing the lease and I've noticed that the closer it is to my move out date the more fees they keep charging. This is my version of paying it forward, watch out!
I moved in fairly shortly after they built. Everything was great until they started to fill in apartments. Now the property is not being taken care of at all. They need to hire more help. I’ve had several items on the maintenance docket for weeks on end. Also very poor communication from staff. Seems like all they care about now is getting people signing the lease and not the overall happiness and cleanliness of the renters.

I recently had the displeasure of residing at Fidelis Grand Central Apartments in Conroe, TX, and I must say that the experience fell far below my expectations. While the exterior appearance of the complex might deceive you into believing that you've stumbled upon a luxurious oasis, the truth behind the facade quickly becomes apparent once you step inside. One of the most glaring issues with these apartments is the incredibly poor construction quality. The developers seem to have cut corners at every turn, resulting in a shoddy and cheaply-built living environment. What initially appears as high-end finishes and modern aesthetics quickly reveals its true nature – an illusory attempt to mimic luxury without any substance. However, the true nightmare lies within the walls of these apartments. The walls are paper-thin, leaving you without any semblance of privacy or tranquility. Prepare yourself for an auditory onslaught as you're subjected to an orchestra of noise from your neighbors. Every conversation, every footstep, every mundane activity – it all infiltrates your living space, rendering any hope of peace and quiet utterly futile. Whether you're trying to relax after a long day or simply seeking a good night's sleep, the constant barrage of unwelcome sounds will drive you to the brink of madness. You'll quickly become acquainted with the intimate details of your neighbors' lives, whether you like it or not. It's as if the concept of sound insulation was completely foreign to the builders of Fidelis Grand Central Apartments. Save yourself the headache and avoid Fidelis Grand Central Apartments at all costs. While the allure of luxury might tempt you, the reality is far from desirable. The subpar construction quality and abysmal sound insulation make this place an absolute nightmare for anyone seeking a peaceful living environment. Spare yourself the agony and look elsewhere for a truly luxurious and well-built apartment complex.

I have lived here for 7+ months and the property is beautiful! The amentities and location cannot be beat. Make sure to ask for Kenny if you visit, he always has a smile and is very helpful. Maintenance has taken care of the couple of requests I have had.
This is the best I apartment I ever lived in. The staff is 100% geniunly friendly. The owner and the staff work hard and make remarkable improvrments daily. Almost daily, something cool is going on! Snacks, free coffee, food trucks, events, upgrades to amenities! The property is stunnung, clean, fun and the amenities are outstanding! The maintenance staff is lightening fast! I've been here for a few months now and I can say the conistenancy of adding more and more fun and amenities and great tenants makes this place amazing! I don't usually write reviews, but I saw this place had four stars and I was thinking, what, lol, it should be 10 stars. Sara, Kenny Cayla and Jackie, the property manage and leasing staff are all Rock Stars! No need to consider any other property. the Fedelis is it. We have every store across the street. Its quiet and orderly here. Its clean, brand new and lots to do.
