The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Station
Parking was the first prominent notable issue here. I can't count on one hand how many appointments and sessions I have missed as a result of not being able to retrieve my vehicle from the parking system. It's used as a "Check this feature out, how cool is this!" but the reality is that there will be plenty of times when you will not be able to retrieve your vehicle due to parking system errors. Now onto the environment and the people here. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time in your apartment, because the vibe outside leaves much to be desired. There have been instances of people so strung out on drugs, that they spaz out right by the building door. There are also instances of homeless people camping out in the crevices of the building and building employees do very little to mitigate the situation, so you will have to take manners into your own hands and contact local authorities for the safety of you and your family. Finally, the building. The front door's system has been under repair for the past two months. Depending on the time you get in, it is very possible that you will not actually be able to access the building without calling a phone number for support.
