I feel completely safe and at home here, partly because of the security cameras throughout the community and the well-lit hallways. The staff is also very responsive, and any maintenance issues are fixed quickly, which adds to my peace of mind. I really appreciate Katherine how approachable and helpful she is throughout the process. It made everything so much easier.

I enjoy my privacy living in this place. In addition public transportations are always available. These makes me feel confident in going to my place of work on time without using a car. Commercial establishments are strategically situated too in the area. These things are very vital to make your everyday life going. There is also a clean and beautiful park, just a few steps from this apartments where you can can relax, take a walk and have an exercise during your free time.

My experience at the fellow station was as expected the staff was amazing was very helpful answered all questions and was a good tour guide answered all questions and made me feel comfortable.

Kathrine & The Maintenance team were very helpful. I requested and work was done same hour. In a smooth swift manner. I was very impressed

This place is strategic to all public transport. I do not use a car in going to my work because of these public transportation. There are also commercial areas within the vicinty where we could by foods and do financial transactions. This place is peaceful.

Nice place with great location. Could walk to just about anything I need and if not then the light rail can .

My experience has been amazing! Starting with Kat in the leasing office taking me on my first tour and helping me with all my paperwork to get my apartment. My apartment is beautiful and so spacious and so the building is well maintained. I highly recommend living here.

Security is abismal countless breaches by non residents including a fire being started by a non resident causing building evacuation at 1 in the morning and smoke filling the upper levels, lack of security to the basement from the stairwell causing multiple break ins from non resident and lack of safety, elevators becoming occupied overnight, external doors not fully closing and becoming locked. Multiple other occasions of the fire alarm being pulled for non emergency during the night. Periodic water outages, that being a very minor inconvenience I would say the the biggest concern is the general sense of safety being non existent

I’ve been here close to a year and I haven’t had any complaints to share this far. The leasing office team is great maintenance is punctual and neighbors are neighbors.

Don’t let the people new to the area fool you - this place is actually solid! Being right next to parks, grocery stores and light rail, you really do have access to all of Seattle from this location.

Having low vision I am pleased to be part of this Community. Polite and extremely helpful. After a hard days work I’m Joyful to return Home. ??

This place is strategic to commercial areas and public transportation like the train and buses. That is the advantage of staying at Station at the Park.

Station at Othello is an amazing property with a management team to match it’s amazingness. I love everything about here,very friendly and very approachable people. They will go above and beyond to meet your needs with in its limitations. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for an easy and smooth sailing move in process, Staff is amazing and words just can’t put into place how happy I am to be here. Convenient location and just all around beautiful spot to be .

I had a few maintenance issues when I first moved in, however almost all of them were resolved very quickly! The staff is super friendly and the office hours make it easy to seek help whenever you need it. I love my apartment and it suits my needs and what I wanted perfectly, I didn’t think I would be able to find an apartment with everything on my Wishlist but this building had all of that and more! I also love the amenities offered, such as the gym, the community events, and the rooftop lounge. This is by far my favorite building and apartment I have had so far, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in Seattle looking for a new place to call home.

Let's start with the front office, heather and her crew are very courtesy and professional. Any concerns I have I go straight to them to see what I can do! Maintenance/custodial crew excellent communication and work provided. Me and other tenants on the 6th floor feel the same way.

The apartment is wonderful to live at! The community is welcoming, management is friendly, and everything is in walking distance!

The community is like my own home. I have my privacy. This place is also strategic to public transportation and some business establishments.

The Station at Othello is a great apartment community with a great management team serving the residents and an excellent maintenance crew working to keep the units and amenities in great shape. There are several monthly community events that are consistently creative, fun, and inclusive while offering activities that cover a broad range of interests. The management team is responsive and engaged, treating residents with respect and empathy and are consistently proactive in anticipating our needs. The building is safe and access controlled with on site parcel lockers and a security team that monitors the building every night, including patrolling the parking garage and regular checks on the building access points. The amenities are great, but if I had a complaint it would be that the amenities have limited hours for access with no option to reserve outside of those hours. The location is great, with a huge open park right across the street that hosts regular neighborhood events like farmers markets and cultural celebrations, and the building is adjacent to Othello Lightrail Station, making it a breeze to get around the area from the airport to northgate and everywhere in between. Overall, the Station at Othello is one of the hidden gems for affordable, upscale living in the area, with a vibrant community and an outstanding management and maintenance crew ensuring it continues to be a great place to make a home in an actively developing area of Seattle.

The community feel is great and I feel very safe within the building. The building is kept clean and comfortable. Overall I am very satisfied with my decision to lease apartment here.

The building itself is nice, there’s just a lot of poor management and maintenance that happens here. Elevators are ALWAYS broken. The neighborhood is horrible. Packages and mail get stolen frequently. Cars are broken into almost daily. Homeless people sleeping IN and around the property! Rent prices are a little high for what you get. For financial and safety concerns, I would recommend renting elsewhere.

Living at The Station @ Othello Park is just living in our own home. Moreover, the place is strategically situated in business establishments which could cater to your everyday needs. Public transportation like buses and trains are within the vicinity.

Great location and friendly, considerate neighbors makes Othello Station Apartments a place I want to live for a long time. Leasing team very helpful and responsive. Parking is a challenge, but is a price I am willing to pay for a walkable neighborhood.

I've been enjoying my time here so far. The apartment life team is amazing and makes it a fun time and I've gotten to know neighbors. The apartments are pretty clean and the amenities are nice. Location is amazing for my commute.

The leasing office staff will flat out ignore you if you ask questions or file a complaint. Greystar doesnt care about you as a person, they just want your money.

My experience living at The station Othello park is pretty awesome and Im not just saying that lol. There is a lot of cool stuff to do around the building. Its a very peaceful and quiet space. Residents that live here are very friendly, they Stay to them selves, and they respect your space. The buildings cleanliness is on point.

Othello Park apartments is a nice place to live near the park we would like to walk in the park specially if the weather is nice and i like the aminities, pool or billiard in level 3 the exercise room the views on the roof plus i love to cook barbecue on the grill !

The is strategically situated to Business establishments, Department Stores, Bank and restaurants. These are all very vital to keep our everyday life moving. The train station is also close at Othello Park. This is very important to me because I go to work early in the morning riding in a train. Likewise, bus stations is also close within this place.

Beautiful and clean building grounds inside and out with several fancy, comfortable sitting areas. Nice view on park side. Safe package retrieval.

Living at The Station at Othello Park is like living in your own home. The place is peaceful where you can enjoy privacy and live with integrity. Moreover, it is strategically situated to department stores, commercial banks, business establishments, restaurants and train station which are very vital in sustaining our basic needs in life.

Extended Our Stay - Moving can be very stressful, time consuming and expensive. Working with Othello Management was a smooth transition and the ultimate factor in extending our lease and enjoying our home in Seattle. Now, we are in a bigger apartment, moved with ease and now saving money every month! With communication, cleanliness, urgency and professionalism being important factors in our decision making, our home will be complete as the amenities open back up. If only the gym was open, but I'm sure it'll be soon! Thank you for making our home great!

Everything is good here. I love the place. The only trouble is all the amenities are closed now. Which makes it a little boring.

The Station at Othello Park is a quiet place. I feel secured in this place as if Im living in my own home. In addition, the place is very statregic to department stores where I buy my basic needs. It is also close to a bank where I usually make my financial transaction. There are also business establishments at the first floor of the building like restos, cell provider, dental clinic and others. Most importantly, the place is close to a train station which makes very convinient for me in going to my work early in the morning.

Very impressed so far with the quality of the maintenance team. This is a good sign for a new resident. Keep up the great work!

It's a great location for easy commuting and relatively low cost

In our 10 days of staying here with my wife, we feel that we are living in our own home with freedom and integrity.

I have had a bad encounter during the leasing process, the moving-in transition, and living space. The leasing process felt as though the apartment was creating a false perception of the property. The apartment wasn't able to assist with supplying materials to help move in. The apartment I moved in also had many broken appliances and issues. The living space isn't safe, there have been fights in public spaces at night and there have been fire alarms putting people at risk.

We have a small dog living here is great as the park is close and a very friendly dog community front office staff are very helpful
