I just moved here from South Carolina, and love being here. Great location with quick access to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The staff has been so kind and accommodating throughout the process! The units are very well kept, as well as the grounds!
I lived when it was Belmont Apts between March 2013-March 2017 I loved it! Very quiet maintenance and front desk people were great! I would highly recommend living there
I moved from the east coast of Florida to here for another job opportunity and it was such an easy transition with The Sound. Kourtney was extremely accommodating to my family who visited the apartment while my partner and I were still in the moving process. Her team is excellent. The unit is a huge one bedroom with utilities included in monthly rent; which is less of a hassle in my opinion. I believe it is just under 1,000 sq. feet. The Sound also hosts events in the office for chances to win deductibles on monthly rent. Highly recommend!
I really wish this was still the Belmont. My rent has went up so much and they justify it by adding some palm trees. Not worth the cost at all.
I have lived in my current apartment for 2 years now. My rent is a little short of 800. Month which includes trash, pest control, and water. Has a fenced in pet area and a beautiful pool. It also has a decent work out room. My husband and I was actually about to move to Baltimore Maryland for a job relocation. Rent is expensive up there for less quality than what we have now ,plus we have dogs. Could use the help!!
