Property Ratings at The Soleil
We've lived here for 4 years and love it! The 2 bedroom apartments are so spacious. We never hear our neighbors. The attached garages make our apartment feel like a condo. Everyone in the community is so nice and friendly, especially management. We love using the dog park and the pool in the summer. The Maintenance team is so fast - within hours of putting a request in they are in the process of fixing any problem. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment in the tech center.
Screaming kids on patio all day and night. Forget sleeping in past 7 am. forget about having a moment's peace. Despite the city having a noise ordinance and despite the right for peaceful and quiet enjoyment the office staff does nothing and if you live here or anywhere in the neighboring communities you will listen to nothing but rude tennants children screaming and yelling for morning until night every single day. I would never live here again. Horrible

Complex kind of pricy but that’s because of the location, almost near of everything. Administration good, always professional and kind. Service maintenance still a lot of room for improvement, however the great thing, it’s they live in house, quick response for everything. The complex need to do a better job because of the residents with pets, that sometimes doesn’t fallow instructions like not picking up their dog waste or taking them out without a leash. Overall, I’ll give 4 of 5 because it’s always ways to improve. Unfortunately Ill move because a job transfer to another state.

Have been here for 2years now and it’s a great community to live ,spacious apartment with new appliances , excellent and friendly staff and management. Time and again when it snowed this year the staff have really worked hard and cleaned up the premises. Newly renovated gym, clubhouse includes play area , read area and much more. Best of all a covered car port is included in the rent for all 1-2 bedroom apartments. Thanks team Soleil !

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! Should have listened to the reviews before we signed a lease. This place is a dump! We moved out after just 5 months. Staff has no idea what they are talking about, maintenance is horrible. Took 5 months to fix something. There are rats running around everywhere. The apartments are cheaply remodeled so paint is peeling off the floorboards and paint is splattered everywhere. Mailboxes are in such bad shape you can pull and they will all open up giving access to anyone. Spoke with manager, told us one thing and then did another. She said "it doesn't matter what was said" pretty much her word means nothing and she lied. Corporate is a joke and they never answer their phone. Such a pitiful excuse for an apartment building. Please do not move here!
I have lived here for two years now, but will not be renewing my lease. The units themselves are beautiful, but the staff (besides Greg) is rude and unwilling to help. After the change of management, there has been absolutely no communication - they are redoing the roofs and repainting the buildings, which is fine, but the company leaves trash, nails, etc. all over without picking up. They have blocked by garage on multiple occasions with their machinery and materials. There has been little to no communication from the management re: any times my garage might be blocked. Residents walk along the streets at all hours, refuse to get out of the way for cars coming. Kids run around in the streets without any parental supervision. I'm very disappointed - the place was great our first year, but has quickly declined. I would not recommend renting here unless you are okay with poor to awful management, terrible communication, rude staff and rude and inconsiderate residents.
Community is good to recommend, fixtures and appliances seems to be little old, and time taken for servicing is little more than normal.
It's just such a lovely community. I had wonderful neighbors. It has all the amenities needed.The surrounding area is fantastic for exploring on foot as well.
Pros - Great Location, More windows so great light in your apartments, good floor plans Cons- mediocre service, noise issues from upstairs neighbors and thin walls, rent keeps going up for residents, exorbitant moving out charges

I would recommend because of location and plenty of parking. Hesitate to recommend because of needed upgrade to fitness center.
I would recommend this community because it suits my daily needs and provides a safe, comfortable environment. The children and pets make it feel more like a neighborhood than an apartment community. Many families make the place feel safe. The apartment community is extremely dog- friendly and has many dog owners in it, which is attractive to fellow dog owners. It has good amenities and great staff. The location is right off I-25, which makes it a prime location for almost anyone working or traveling in Denver Metro. The area itself, though, is pretty scattered in terms of satisfying shopping needs (have to drive all around the city to get errands done), and the traffic is crazy. These complaints are minimal and overall, I would definitely recommend this community. Also, the apartments are clean! Which is often expected and overlooked, but another indicator that the staff here are on top of everything!
The community is great and prices are affordable. The maintenance is slow. We were slightly dissappointed to find our apartment not properly / thoroughly cleaned upon moving and it took them four days to clean the toilet and remove the mould in the fridge.
Beautiful apartment space, good location. On the downside, the jacuzzi is always dirty, the staff is somewhat rude and they don't get back to us in a reasonable time frame.
