I recently moved into The Skylyne at Temescal after terminating my previous lease early, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision! From the moment I stepped into the building, I was impressed by the modern amenities, stunning design, and vibrant atmosphere. The location is perfect, offering easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and shops, all while maintaining a peaceful and quiet environment. The apartment itself is spacious, well-lit, and features top-of-the-line appliances and finishes. The staffs are good, security is great. Good management in mail room, mailbox, 24hs maintenance, garbage collection, etc. The parcels put in the safe and well organized mail room, which is fantastic. Amazing amenities and view.

So far so good, just moved in. Neighborhood is fun and feels mostly safe but still has some of the typical elements you would expect in Oakland. Building is very nice, great amenities.

This place is nice to live in so far. Someone did take my plant from outside my door :( and the heater on the hot tub / pool sometimes don’t work at times which is tough because a main reason I moved here are for the hot tub and pool. The staff is really nice, and it’s really easy to make friends here. The building itself is really nice, and for a managed building, most people here aren’t snobs.

Good atmosphere, good amenities, on-site staff is friendly and accommodating. The back of house garbage situation could be better as it stinks up the adjacent front lobby from time to time but it’s a minor nitpick.

People have been great. No complaints. It's extremely convenient to be able to cross the street and be at the entrance to a BART stations. Also spoiled with the number of locally-owned businesses down Telegraph Ave.

Moving in was smooth an easy. Being able to use the loading dock as well as reserving an elevator was fantastic. Tasha has been incredibly sweet, helpful, and is all around a lovely concierge. The team here friendly. This is my first time living in an apartment. My experience thus far has been positive.

The staff at the community has been so friendly and accommodating throughout the leasing process and moving in. Malik and Ray both spent a ton of time helping us decide on our new place and they were super patient through the whole process. Isabella and Tasha helped us on move in day and made sure we had everything we needed to make the move in smooth. Since moving in, Ricardo, Sam, Martin, and Grisby on the maintenance team have all come by to assist with little things in the apartment and were so quick and friendly. The neighborhood is great too! We just walked a couple blocks to a beer garden and there is a ton to do on Telegraph. Looking forward to making this apartment our home.

Super easy and professional! Everything from viewing to move in has been seamless. There were some issues with my apartment before move-in and management handled it promptly. It was a really great start to a hopefully long fit!

Paying for location and amenities, though amenities aren’t well maintained taken care of by the community. There’s a real lack of care for others and community, which is disappointing, considering we live in Oakland. The staff - cleaning, maintenance, leasing, some concierge, are lovely. The building is not always secure (elevator FOB)and things are often broken without a remedy to fix (ie AC in the movie room).

My recent move-in at the Skylyne was very easy and quick. The apartment I got is clean and looks new. Everyone is extremely helpful and the staff are responsive to any questions or requests I have. Smoothest move-in I’ve had. Shout out to Malik and Ray especially for being always available and helping me throughout the process. Only issue I’m facing is the garage, it seems that it malfunctions and the remote keys are not always working well.

I have been living in this building for several months now and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. The building is well-maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The amenities are top-notch, including the fitness center and rooftop terrace which offer stunning views of the city. The location is also great, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops and restaurants. I feel comfortable in this building and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
