Next to the River North Art District and Five Points, just a few minutes from downtown Denver, Cole is an up-and-coming neighborhood. This area is in transition, offering a lower cost of living and a wide selection of rental properties available from modern apartments to Victorian-era homes. The community is tight-knit.
