These apartments are a complete mess now that western wealth has taken over. They take forever to fix things and when they do they make it worse. My air conditioning went from dropping a few drops to the lm cutting a hole in my ceiling and leaving it there for 2-3 weeks. When I informed them that their people left a hole their response was “oh we had no idea, we can’t fix it now but in a few weeks we can” then they come to fix it and put a hole in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WALL FOR NO REASON. I informed of that hole they plugged it with a plastic cover…… that’s not even the worst part about living here. They never fix anything and always have an attitude when you ask them to. Ej may be the ONLY helpful person. There’s only so much he can do but the rest of their staff is awful. Do not be fooled by these good reviews. If they were in 2021 and before then yes they were nice. Any comments after that are lies when they said this is a wonderful community! I’m so relieved my lease is up. This was the worst mistake I’ve ever made continuing to stay there for the 2 years I did. They honestly need to clean house and fire everyone and start over if they even have the competence to hire the right people.
I've lived here for 4 months and I like the complex, I love the amenities, and pretty average for the price, the downfall... I got a poorly done apartment. From the moment I moved in it's been a mess... my roof leaking, my toilet overflooding, my dishwasher flooding my kitchen, my garbage disposal not working, to my AC being broken for about a month... it's been absolutely non-stop and ridiculous. Maintenance and Kay are always helpful and kind but at some point, this is getting ridiculous. Other than that, I feel safe in this complex (I live alone) and its close to campus but man, I wish they would run a thorough scan of their apartments before leasing to ensure future tenants are WELL taken care of.
I really enjoy the atmosphere around these apartments. From the moment I came into the leasing office and Met Kay, I knew I wanted to live here. She is so friendly, and kind. She made the whole process very easy to understand, while being patient with us.. it made me already feel at home. The Neighbors are just as nice and friendly too. The Maintenance team is also very professional. With a great Management, Maintenance people, and good Neighbors, I’m glad I am living here. Thank you Kay, Mike, and The Maintenance Team!

Nice community and very safe which was my number priority for choosing site. Leasing/maintenance staff are very friendly and help with any issue you have. Have nice amenities and it feels more like a home than an apartment. Would recommend it to anyone moving to the tempe area.

I had such a great experience at The Rev. Ellie is the office manager and she was incredibly kind, and wonderful with my 3 year old daughter. She was completely transparent and walked me through the contract, and answered all my questions. Kat in the office was SO helpful as well answering all my questions over the phone, and has such a positive attitude all the time. Before I signed the lease, they let me see an optional rental unit, even though the team was inside working hard to finish up the renovation. Housekeeping and the maintenance team all greeted me warmly! You could tell the whole staff is a close family, and they made me feel so welcome. They are prompt with all my minor maintenance calls, and they do their job with the best attitude and spirit. Chris even let me borrow one of his tools so I could put together my TV set since I didn’t have any. Pete engaged in great conversation and even checked a few other minor things for me while he was there! They work so hard for all the residents, still make time to chat with you, and even help other sister properties when needed! I love the property. It is so trendy and updated! From the locked mail room, 24/7 gym, huge pool with a hot tub, grills, dog run, and long front office hours make everything so convenient! It’s a fabulous location for shopping, food, recreation, and freeway access.... and the residents are quiet, respectful and kind. All age groups! I never had any issues with finding parking, and the quality of life here is positive, relaxing and safe! The customer service is truly top of the line, you can tell they really care a lot about their residents. The best complex I’ve ever lived in. I’ve already recommended it to many people looking to transition to AZ living. Signing a lease here is the best decision you’ll make. I wish I could give the property, and every staff member more than 5 stars! Every other property could take notes on how they should be running their operations... The Rev sets the bar!

The rev apartments are great, place is quiet and the office staff is great. Some reviews mentioned bugs but Ive not seen a single bug. If you want a place that clean and quiet and the management doesnt bother you unless its necessary and when they do they are actually nice and caring then the rev is the place for you

The Office Management has excellent customer service. The residence seem very friendly. The grounds are clean and kept well. I like my apartment.
I do not like the way the property is managed by Security Properties nor do I like that I was treated unfairly.

Moved in January of 2020, the whole move in process was fast and easy. Kat and Eli were very friendly and helpful. Upon moving in I had a leak coming from the upstairs apartment, I notified the office and the issue was resolved immediately. The property was always clean and fairly quiet, security patrolled the complex to ensure safety. I highly recommend renting here, even during the pandemic the office still did their best to show appreciation to their residents sending goody bags as often as the could and doing "stay home movie days" it wasnt anything crazy but it was something to let us know they care! I would of renewed my lease this coming january but I was fortunate enough to get a house so I had to move on. Even with it being a lease break, the women in the office made it an extremely easy process, very informative and communicative through it all. Thank you to The Rev and their fantastic team for an excellent living experience!
As I have commented before, been a resident here for over 15 years and the continued improvements to our community especially by the current Management, is amazing.This place is conveniently situated close to public transportation, grocery stores, library, pharmacy and the Tempe public library. One may have found another place they seemed to like, but I would persuade you/them to look into The Rev/virtually and you'll see what a beautiful, laid out community it is. So, here's to your apartment/home shopping-you'll see how wonderful Management staff is.
To everyone out there, I may have said this before, and I'll say it again. This is the place for anyone looking for an apartment- either for collage/or just looking for a 'home', this is the place-'The Rev'- for you t make your home.

I have been residing/living here (La Quinta;The Park in Tempe; and now The REV for over 15 yrs, ans I could tell you and all who would like to make this place your home-whether students, singles or families- that this place is a wonderful place for that. The Management have taken the responsibility to see that you are happy, satisfied & comfortable. Besides that, you are well situated with amenities- good transportation,and shopping. I would not recommend this property at this time. I could go on and on about my experiences with the current management group Security properties but I wont. I recommend anyone lookin, to wait until another company occupies the property. They have been cold and rude and fronting the entire time theyve been here. Eleanor, the on site manager is the worst to deal with, a petty big, woman. And her boss Traci, regional manager, doesnt manage anything and refused to provided me with her superiors contact information because their practices are wrong.
The Rev apartments is a great place to call HOME. It's very convenient for transportation, shopping, pharmacy, the Tempe public library,and many more iconic features. Please stop by or do a virtual tour and see how beautiful a home it could be for yourself or any other.

I am currently in the process of getting my lease set up, and because of the inability of the leasing office to pick up the phone DURING THEIR OFFICE HOURS, I am strongly considering leasing elsewhere. I have called AND TEXTED countless times to get clarification on two errors: (1) on my move-in cost sheet, a "sure deposit" is stated to be $0, when later IN THAT SAME DOCUMENT, the amount is stated to be $131.25, (2) after confirming multiple times the security deposit amount is $750 REFUNDABLE, my lease agreement now states it is $900 REFUNDABLE AND $150 NON-REFUNDABLE. This is a blatant attempt to sucker more money out of me, before I even move in. The office only has one phone number, which will ring approximately 5 times before being sent to voicemail. The only other options are texting them (which they will NOT respond to) and sending them a message through their site, which they will also not respond to. I had to call the company Baron Properties, which also sent me to voicemail. Truly horrific customer service. If they don't care about potential tenants (whose money they do not already have in their hands), I have no idea how they must treat current tenants (who are bound by a contract and lease agreement).
First let me start by saying that I have lived in this complex for 4 years and the improvements made by the new management, from roughly a year ago, are amazing. The remodeled units new stainless steel appliances and the overall upgrades in the interior are top notch. The updated pool area that now in includes a high and gas grill and fire pit as well as a new fitness center are outstanding. The new management and staff are both friendly and knowledgeable and any concerns raised are dealt with in a timely manner. The new tenants are quality people and the Rev has become a friendly and safe neighborhood unlike what I experienced under the previous management when this complex was known as The Park. I would highly recommend checking out The Rev as I have no plans on moving elsewhere in the foreseeable future.

I've been living here for 2 years and am very excited about the renovations. This place looks so much better since the new management took over. I am renewing my lease next month and Scott and Mark went out of their way to make it any easy transition for me. They are doing an awesome job. I am giving 5 stars because of the huge improvement that has taken place, with the overall decor, the gym ( which was never being used before. It's really nice to go work out at night see other people there. The pool/fire pit view from the gym is great), pool area, and in unit washer and dryer. I am very happy!

these apts are wayyyy to expensive for the area and for the quality of the apts. air conditioning system is outdated and barely works, major bug problem, showers are disgusting with water damage, leasing staff is rude

Don't even count on having decent Air Conditioning here. I know they're doing some renovations, but come on. This place still looks scary all the way around and I don't think they know what they are doing. Stay away!

The new owners don't even know what they bought. The new manager is a jerk. He doesn't care about the resident who lived here before the new ownership. You have to share one air conditioning unit with the whole complex. There are roaches everywhere inside and out. STAY AWAY. I don't recommend moving here. To expensive for what you get. Plus they are going to rise the prices soon. DO THE RIGHT THING AND STAY AWAY!

I give this ZERO stars. FIXED A/C!!! Doesn't go above 79* !!! My apartment was broken into more than I can count. I would come home to my doors unlocked and my dogs released from their kennels running around. The bedroom and bathroom doors fell off their hinges and no one would come to fix them. Bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. my dishwasher never worked and they wouldn't fix it or give me a new one. The laundry facility is gross, the machines are never cleaned and have mold growing inside them. The gym equipment is broken. Neither of the treadmills work. The pool is visibily dirty. My neighbors all gather at 6am to start drinking and let their kids throw basket balls at my windows!! They play their music as loud as it will go, waking me up at 6 or 7am, and leave beer cans all over the property. Police are here ever other for violence/theft. The maintence man broke my window while cutting the grass. Huge dalmatians and pitbulls run around without leashes. I can barely fit my dresser and my bed in my bedroom because it's so tiny. My neighbors run businesses out of their apartments and have blinking "open" signs on their windows! I wish I never wasted my money here....
This place looked nice in the beginning but all it has been since then has been problem after problem with either limited or no solutions. Honestly they make you feel as though everything that happens im the apt is your fault. This apt was just sold however so I hope they make it a better place to live.
Basic. Bedroom, small bath, and kitchen. Sufficient for a starter.
