Property Ratings at The Retreat at Woodridge Apartments
It's cheap, which is what we needed, but oh boy am I going to be glad to be gone once my raise comes through. Call at any time during the day to be given a voicemail box that NEVER gets returned, even when the matter is fairly urgent. When you go in person to the office, you find the staff just sitting at their computers, so you know they either just got back to the office (not likely for the millionth time, and I even did an experiment calling from outside and walking into the building. Spoiler alert, they only picked up the phone to seem busy once I walked in), or they're just ignoring you to not have to help. It's pretty sad. Even when you convince them to send maintenance, the guy walks off and says "it's supposed to be like that," when the drain is VERY CLEARLY completely clogged, or the window is COMPLETELY broken. Complete incompetence and not a good place to be. If I didn't have such a severe time limit for my work, I absolutely would've found ANYWHERE else. Don't submit to the ridiculous application fees of this place, and save yourself A LOT of hassle. Find somewhere else, best of luck to you all.

I have lived at The Retreat at Woodridge since October 2022. I came from an apartment complex in Olathe that would not get a good review. Since moving here maintenance has always been very efficient. The office staff is very friendly and do many apartment community activities. Our neighbors are amazing and my 6 year old daughter and myself have developed great friendships with some of them. I have had a couple of situations occur recently (my fault) that have had affected my rent payment and also caused my vehicle to be towed. Kayla (office manager) has been nothing short of a God send with helping me resolve these issues very quickly. I literally could not thank her enough. She doesn't treat me as just another apartment number or monthly payment but she treats me as a human being who is trying to raise a small child and make it in this world. She is empathetic yet professional. This apartment complex is extremely lucky to have her and the other office staff as they are the "face" of the property and can make or break the business. I can only imagine the stress that can come with a job of working in a leasing office, but you can never see or hear the stress when you work with any of the office staff. They really listen and care about the residents and for that I am forever thankful. The Retreat at Woodridge is more than just some apartments. These apartments are peoples homes and l am so grateful that the office staff conduct business with that in mind.

This apartment is horrible. I have lived here for two years and by my move out the walls and carpets are falling apart. Police are always at the apartments and they have made the move out process almost impossible

We moved into our apartment in April. It is a very quiet apartment complex and there is always parking. The laundry and workout facilities are nice and well maintained. The maintenance staff is timely when submitting a maintenance request. My only concern is it does flood in front of the stairs pretty badly when it rains.

My husband and I have been living here for a year and resigned our lease. Besides the apartment being a bit smaller than we like, it has a nice open floor plan so it doesnt feel too cramped. Also love the fireplace. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. I also love that we are walking distance from hyvee and other places too. The staff is really friendly and overall its been a really nice experience. The only concern i have is that when it rains, the sidewalk in front of our building floods and our neighbors balcony becomes a small pond almost. Besides that, we feel comfortable here. :)

Love the space these apartments floor plans offer. Also, love the fireplace! :) Always nice to have in the cold winter. Very nice and very affordable. Perfectly located by tons of convenient places. Staff is always kind and friendly to my family.
