Property Ratings at The Retreat at CTM
People living like they are in a frat house, blaring music, stomping all over the floor. Pool is occupied by people smoking all the time. Fitness center doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a minute.
Started off bad and got worse throughout the year. Made an appointment to move in but no one was in the office. Drove 9 hours to sit around for 2 more before moving in. Then had to call the sister property to even get keys. They do not go by posted hours. Most days they opened after 9 and closed before 5 so if you need anything in the office like a package don't plan on getting it without taking time off work. It took over a month to fix the leaking air conditioner and another 10 months to fix the wall. Luxury it is not. The flooring has huge gaps between the planks. Counter tops are laminate and not granite. Fixtures are stock. Kitchen is tiny with very limited storage. No pantry so food has to be stored above the washer and dryer. Bedroom is amazing though with a great closet. It also has a great outdoor storage closet. Pool is great. Plenty of parking. Excessive move out fees. Asked for a check out walk through but there was no one in the office to do this.
