Great people, great repair service, lovely apartments. I'm so so happy I moved here!

From the moment we filled out our housing application until we moved in last week, Miss. Jessica has done everything in her power to accommodate us and make our transition into The Manor smooth. She took her time and answered all of our questions, making sure we understood everything we needed to know throughout the entire process. This past week we have been in living in our new apartment and all I can say is that it's beautiful, quiet, and the community is amazing. We love it here and we appreciate you Miss Jessica! Thank you for all you have done!

I just moved into the Residences at the Manor and it is great!! The place is very clean and spacious, and the neighbors are friendly and one was even kind enough to help me move some stuff in. Big shout out to Christiaan who works here in the main office. He has been extremely professional and very pleasant to interact with. Christiaan responds quickly with kind helpfulness; the best customer service one could ask for. Thank you so much for making everything so smoothly!

Christiaan and the rest of the staff cannot be beat. They have been so accommodating and compassionate to moving from out of state, well above the call of duty to make sure it was smooth and, most importantly, made sure I was safe during the transition. Incredibly grateful I picked this apartment complex!!!

This is home for me, i wanted to peaceful environment, no noise around, and they have wonderful staff. Very clean gym . Easy parking and walk way. Amazing staff. Tammy helped me get my apartment quick and was very professional. She was very patient and gave me all details i needed. Thank you to the wonderful staff and i am happily settled in my new beautiful home.

my experience at the residences at the manor has been amazing. the apartments are very clean and crisp. they are large and spacious and have great storage. the amenities are awesome. the pool is nice, the gym has everything you need, and they even have their own trash service that takes your trash from your door almost every night. the maintenance crew is nice and knowledgeable, and whenever you call they come. overall never had any issues. the complex is very nice. the staff that works in the office are awesome. very nice and very helpful. specifically Tammy. if you come, request for Tammy, she is very knowledgeable, and can help with almost anything. she made it a breeze for me and my significant other. this place is very nice. well-built, well maintained, and all-around a good place to rent.

The team at the Residences at the Manor are the best and genuinely care about the renters. We loved our time here! The walking trail located only steps away from the apartments was convenient for walking our dog. My favorite amenity was the bark park! It was a great way to meet other neighbors and socialize my pup. The maintenance crew was very helpful during our stay here. They did routine check ins and were responsive when we had a work order. The apartment itself was very roomy and comfortable. The separate space for washer and dryer was definitely a plus!

Roughly 6 months in the property and anytime I have questions, concerns, or general inquiries Tammy has ALWAYS been there to help. Pros: Community seems generally quiet and to themselves, maintenance and staff are SUPER understanding and willing to help always, Location is directly behind the new Warehouse Cinemas' (we go literally once a week, practically walking distance) and just off 40. Sufficient living space for a family of 2 - 4. Cons: Some appliances feel out of date, and parking can be a mess if you're getting back later into the night. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a temporary or permanent home in the area.

So me and my brother moved in this month (March 2022). Jessica helped us with the application and move in process. She was amazing and made it an easy and pleasant experience. May I add this is our 3rd time living here. It is a nice quiet community. It also has great amenities. So far me and my brother could not be happier to be living in this community again. I would 100% recommend this community.

I am extremely satisfied with the time I've spent at Residences at the Manor. I moved here in April 2021 and absolutely love the apartment complex. It has everything I need and is a great location with several recreational opportunities and eating establishments in walking distance. The moving-in process was very easy, and the staff was extremely helpful. The only thing I would change or that I feel like could be better is the parking. I would prefer each apartment have its own designated spots.

I've been living here with my fiancé for over a year now and we're so pleased with this place. Out of the several options we had, we're so glad we chose the manor. I've lived in many apartments and never have I had my maintenance requests fulfilled so quickly. The upkeep on the apartment is great, there's no bug issues (just some ants sometimes, and they take care of it right away) It's dog friendly and located in a great area. We love how conveniently located it is to everything. The nights are pretty quiet, the grounds are kept clean and I feel safe when I go out to walk my dog at any time of the night. And the staff is amazing. Everyone, especially Tammy, Christiaan and John have all been so good to us. We felt welcomed from the very beginning and are looking forward to continuing to live here!

I'm just moving in and so far so good. However that's not why I'm here! The move in process from application until I got my keys has been wonderful. I worked with Tammy and I promise you I called her over 100 times in 30 days lol. She remained welcoming and that's what I was looking for. She explained everything to me in detail so there's nothing left to the thought. Overall experience this far deserves 10 stars!!!

I have recently moved in and have nothing but great things to say! Christiaan was very helpful throughout the application process. The complex is in a great location and I am looking forward to my stay here!

GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD We have been living here for two years and we have enjoyed every minute of it. from the amazing office staff to the neighborhood nothing has been a disappointment we haven’t had any problems with pest or bugs in the home. if we need anything repaired the maintenance is always prompt with responding to the work orders it’s very peaceful and the neighbors are always friendly. I would recommend the residences to any family

When you first pull up to our property will notice how stunningly beautiful it is and how well maintained are grounds are. The groundskeepers are always busy whether it be blowing the breezeways or trimming the plants so that they look beautiful. The office staff is exceptional they will know your name they will remember. They're kind and knowledgeable professional and exceptionally caring. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable they all know everything they need to know to maintain your home and working order and they're never more than 24 hours for your request to be attended to, if not the same day. You can read all about the amenities and the location and the things were accessible to what makes the difference in this community is the people that choose to continue to work here because Horning Brothers is a fantastic management company.

Every encounter with the staff here has exceeded my expectations, Andrew and Jessica are very responsive and always helpful. The maintenance team is stellar, their response turnaround is like no other. The grounds are clean and neat and I love the mature landscaping which makes this community so special. Leasing has fun games and activities, always engaging with the community. Food trucks planned during quarantine was everything! Hoping that continues this spring/summer!

Though I haven't moved in yet, the staff at the Residence at the Manor have been incredibly helpful. Christiaan has worked hard to ensure that no question goes unanswered and has made the move in process easy. Great first impression for a future resident!

Living at the manor has been great. It is a quiet area , almost like an isolated resort, yet we are so close to everything we need. I love it. Neighbors are friendly and speak to everyone , and the staff is very kind and helpful. My family gets compliments on our apartment whenever people come to visit. Its a great place to live!

I really enjoy living here , the staff and neighbors are very kind and helpful. I love the fact that someone picks up our trash. I enjoy using the tennis court and walking around the property. It’s a also a perk that we are so close to a number of stores and restaurants.

My experiences living here At The Manor has been "Great, because of several reasons. Such as: the office staff are professional, kind, caring, very reasonable, and attentive to your needs, having events to give back to us residents: contest, movie night, hot dog smorgasbord day, community yard sales yearly, wine and dine. I even had the opportunity to volunteer to do a radio commercial for this complex. The maintenance crew is awesome with repairs and very knowledgeable when it comes to their job. They are respectful, honest and thorough with everything they do. They are also good with cleaning parking lots during snow removal. Security is also on point when you need them and listen to you if you have a problem, they act rather quickly to your call. I am grateful to have a key to our weight room and can go any time of day or night and the landscapers take care of the property. We also have a playground for the children, a pool, a dog station to bathe your pet and doggie bags station all around the grounds. we even have a one bedroom guest house you can reserve and rent when your family comes to town. It's fully furnished, flat screen tv, cable, full bath, stackable washer and dryer, pots and pans and silverware. just bring food for the fridge and trash bags and remember Do Not Smoke in there and you are welcome. Our community is close to schools, shopping centers, motels, gas stations transportation. Very convenient location. I LOVE LIVING HERE AT THE RESIDENCES AT THE MANOR!

I have been living at the manor for almost a year and I love it. The community is quiet and neighbors are friendly. I feel very safe walking throughout the property. My family loves it here, the apartment is spacious and has pretty modern amenities. The maintenance staff is kind and very helpful. In rare instances when I have a work order place, the staff addresses the issue quickly and fixes the problem within one business day. I love living here.

I move here from Ohio and I did not have the opportunity to view the place in person, which made me nervous. But, working with Tammy made things so less stressful she, was very knowledgeable, professional and made the transition to a new home and new job go very smoothly. The entire staff was wonderful. The grounds are very well kept. And the welcomed my dog Diamond too, which was a huge relief. I highly recommend staying here.

I give this apartment complex five out of five. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or problems and or concerns I might have. The moving and signing process was awesome. I made sure I understood everything, They also made me and my girlfriend feel welcomed. I always heard back from staff within an hour window. This is a wonderful place to live

The Residences at The Manor is a wonderful place to stay, albeit long or short. The amenities are abundant for it's location, the location itself is very well placed and the staff of The Residences are extremely welcoming, they follow through and are on their toes the best they can, at all hours possible. I'll have been here a year at the end of this summer. The Residences at The Manor here is an old mansion, a manor, surrounded by beginning with the 3 story places east, then more 4 story places headed west. A bit north is a path that leads through a very very nice park out to another park, new, with a meadow in it and a few paths in it which leads out to yet another park downtown, Baker Park. And by then you're at the west side of downtown and all the way into the heart of the city. On the south of The Manor is the local famous Golden Mile, route 40, with also an abundance of shops, restaurants and department type stores, which heads from downtown all the way out to the mountains where you'll find lots of overlooks and scenic views, paths, parks, camping, glamping, farms, fishing, lakes, you name it .. The Residences at The Manor is on the north side of route 40, this Golden Mile. Right in the middle. Headed west on Key Parkway which runs along-side of The Residences is more places, houses, neighborhoods and out to route 40 once again. Headed east is the same. On the backside of route 40 is a big gym (I tend to like the outdoors so I don't particularly enjoy inside gyms), a few medicine stores and then a nice car dealership and then left brings you right past the parks. I am happy to leave this review. Life can be stressful. But, day in and day out aside from life's woes, I am glad to call The Residences at The Manor my home. However long or short that may be. Hands down the best rental property in Frederick! -- (5+ year resident here!) I can be a pretty picky person but The Manor has not let me down The units are large and spacious, ample parking , attentive and quick maintenance and the property grounds are pretty immaculate. The staff is beyond friendly and super caring which is extremely important and concerns - if any- are always addressed in a timely fashion.

My husband and I moved here after he was assigned to Fort Detrick. This is the best apartment complex we have lived in so far and we plan on continue living here until his contract is up! Probably even after! Super convenient to the Golden Mile and connecting highways, beautiful grounds for walking or jogging. Amazingly kind and helpful staff. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is very kind to one another. Porches are well kept and there is amazing curbside appeal. Just a fantastic place to live and thrive!

Don't do it unless your enjoy the smell of weed and constant maintenance issues. I've notified the office several times and they send notices reminding people of the addendum that abides by federal law that it is a drug free premises, which the residents promptly ignore. Even walking past the building by the walking path reeks of weed. I can't wait to leave. It's disgusting and you can't even keep your windows open without the smell coming into your apartment. I've had my hot water tank fail 4 times in 4 months. You can't use the oven or fireplace without the smoke detectors going off (they've replaced them twice). There was a gas leak on the hot water tank. This place is a disaster. All of that has happened in the 6 months that I've lived here. I deeply regret it.

I found this apartment on apartments.com after spending several month searching another app. This was one of the first results I found and match all of my criteria including the price, location, and all the amenities I wanted. Repairs sometimes take time to be fixed. Other than that I am very happy with my apartment! :) a pool, laundry room, lots of space, lots of parking, a trail, lots of stores and shops in a short distance. This is the perfect place!

I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for 1205 monthly. I love the view, the size & even the full carpet throughout the entire apartment but my appliances are lacking an update. The dryer has to be ran twice to dry clothes, the dishwasher takes a little bit to warm up & run & I have a coil top stove (personal dislike). Now they all work perfectly fine but I feel that management needs to upgrade the appliances to more reliable versions!

Is good location, close to highway and FSK mall, location, location, location.

My little family of 5 has lived here for over 3 years and we know many neighbors that have lived here even longer. The staff and maintenance are amazing and friendly. So many know us by name because my little family is well known for talking daily walks, which leads to lots of friendly "hellos" from the staff and neighborhood. Your needs are well taken care of and if an issue comes up, they take care of it immediately. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The rent is reasonable too! It's a great place for anyone ... single, family, and pets are all welcome too! There are playgrounds for the kiddos and a very nice pool for everyone to enjoy in the summer time. These lovely apartments are very close to transit and other amenities, all within walking distance. It's a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Anyone can call this home.
