Living at Buttonwood Park on Nemasket Place for a year was a truly pleasant experience. The management team was warm, professional, and always responsive. Maintenance was consistently prompt and efficient—any issues were resolved quickly and with care - a special shout out to Ed! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax and feel at home. I especially appreciated the well-kept surroundings and sense of safety throughout my stay. A big thank you to the Buttonwood Park team for their great hospitality! Thank you so much. It was pleasure being your tenant!

Had a few maintenance issues and they were addressed immediately. Cute units at a good price. I moved from the Providence area to take a job at Amazon and I love how close this is to the highway!
This residency is total trash. My girlfriend and I left a few months ago and would encourage anyone looking for housing in the area to steer clear of this place. We have had numerous issues with the front office, maintenance, and the Claremont company. For a few examples , Beginning in the winter, our heater had stopped working and maintenance brought three space heaters to temporarily fix the problem. We had a apartment with a washer and dryer unit and for 3 weeks went without these due to a malfunction. In the Spring time, we woke up one morning with thousands of ants piled up in our kitchen due to flooding and a poor foundation. We were told to "buy ant traps ". Not once were we offered any sort of compensation . Finally, we have not received our security deposit back yet. It has been 32 days and countless efforts to contact the company.
When I was faced with finding an apartment,I didn't know where to look..A frind suggested apartment.com .When I clicked on I found the apartment I'm in now.it's comfortable and roomy. So when I am looking for a new place,I will click my app and i will skiptherest.
