Love living here. Everyone is so very friendly. Just one request please send out notices to people who have pups to please pick up after pup. You provide a ton of poop bags but some people don’t care. Not all, but some just need to be reminded to bend , pick up in bag and throw out. It’s very simple thanks

Great place to live and feel safe. Security maintenance and staff are phenomenal. Love the walking distance to Walmart, urgent care, tropical smoothie. And it is right by the lie for getting to work.

You have the shopping i that you can walk to.Walmart.You have a restaurant, hair Salon a barber. Verizon store & pizza place coming soon.Bagel store. You have a hotel that you guess could stay at. It’s a very nice community but the no parking genuinely anywhere sucks unless u have the spot for ur apartment all the extra spots are super limited that’s my main complaint otherwise the neighborhood is good

Beautiful apartment! We love it here. The landscaping is great and our dog loves the dog park. Pool is clean and the gym is nice. Maintainence was quick to come fix our dishwasher and was friendly.

This is an upscale residential complex with excellent maintenance staff and a good leasing department. However, the package room needs organization on a daily basis. It is impossible to navigate most days.

The Reserve is a wonderful place to live. Maintenance techs are top notch and when I first moved in Jay/Sales was so nice and friendly. Jessica is a gem and cannot praise her enough. The property is well maintained by Hazel and the snow removal is top notch as well. I have been here for about 1 1/2 years and absolutely love living here. Very dog friendly and residents are friendly as well. The people who are at the pool in the summer are always there if you need something and I am so happy that the fire pit is now fixed so we can enjoy it.

So far the community has been incredible. The neighbors we have met have been extremely nice and helpful, and the staff is always around to help when you have a question. The grounds are beautiful and kept up very nicely, and our apartment unit is extremely quiet. We are very happy with our choice to move into The Reserve at The Boulevard!

While it is pricy, it's worth it in my opinion. The apartments have a ton of space and the amenities are great. Management and maintenance are also very responsive. So far so good.

beautiful neighborhood. additional parking would be extremely appreciated. not a lot of resident events or gatherings. pool hours should be extended or consider a time for adults only. pool attendants are rude and lazy. pool is typically dirty and sandy.

General upkeep has fallen off since I first moved in. The stop sign that was downed shortly after I moved in 3 years ago was never replaced, work was done on the side of our building and the stones were never replaced, leaving visible metal sheets. The side of one of the brio building has been opened up and covered in plastic for so long there are plants growing around the scaffolding. The recycling room has been properly emptied in at least a month. Maintenance within the units is still very good, they arrive quickly and get the job done.

Love it here. People are so nice and its always quiet. Been here since 2022. Still would definitely recommend this complex to people. I like how it's becoming a little community with all the food places and the super Walmart cross the street.

As a whole this place is very nice. The maintenance technicians are skilled and polite and very nice and always do what is needed. I get frustrated with some of the people int he office, but we have been working out the issues I have been having - Jessica is a sweetheart and goes above and beyond to assist me. Jay is nothing but nice and helpful with whatever he can do. There is another person who works there who I find rude and "bothered" when asked to do something.

I broke my lease at a development that was terrible. I have to say i truly love it here. It feels like home and feel very safe. Its on the more expensive side but im making it work. I hope to be here fot a while.

This place is nice safe to live in. Quiet neighborhood!! What they should do is that anyone that lives in the apts, should get a 10% or 20% off to all the shop in the complex. Will be a nice thing or a complementary drink or a special day for apt renters in the complex discount. Just an Idea. Love the fact that is pet friendly and is always maintained nice and clean when walking the streets.

Great place great service The community is very nice.The grounds are kept well.Shopping is nearby to walk to. They have functions.You have the clubhouse to hang out & fire pit. Restaurants bagel place, Liquor store barbershop. More stores to come.

What started out to be a temporary residence, turned into 4 years. We both liked very much living at The Reserve enjoying the amenities of the gym, the recreation room, pool, beautiful landscaping, parking spot and a great staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious rental with a fireplace and outdoor porch. Also the conveniences of Walmart, Southpaw Rest, Bagel Boss, Starbucks, Yaphank Liquor Store, Tropical Cafe, Northwell Health Walk in Clinic and two Hair Salons. Plus many other restaurants coming soon. We will miss The Reserve. Who knows...one day we may be back.

The neighborhood is nice, clean, and quiet. The apartments are also spacious, beautiful, and well laid out. The parking lot usually has good availability for parking too

Better than average. Quiet and safe neighborhood but can’t say the same about your neighbors. Renewal rent rates went up 8% for what reason? Only thing that changed was our washer, which broke down and they replaced it with an older model, after a month of it being broken. Try to find somewhere else if you can.
