Reserve at Prairie Centre

My son recently relocated to this property, and I must admit, I had my concerns. The area is rapidly developing, with easy access to Chicago via the Metra train. Coming from a small farming town where my husband and I know our neighbors well and hardly ever lock our doors, we initially felt anxious about his move. However, our worries quickly dissipated! My husband and I had the chance to visit our son at Prairie Centre, and we were truly impressed by the beauty and comfort the property provides. His apartment, situated on the second floor, felt like a private oasis. The buildings feature secure double-door entrances and a monitored mailroom with video surveillance. The hallways were fresh, clean, and quiet, making me feel like I was in a resort in Mexico as I walked through. The apartment itself was stunning, complete with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and flooring. He also enjoys his spacious balcony for his array of plants and flowers. The clubhouse is three stories high and impressively large, offering a variety of amenities. It includes a reasonably sized gym, a movie theater, a yoga studio, and a lounge area with pool and card tables, all overlooking a gorgeous pool. As a mother, I began to feel more at ease witnessing the safety features in place. Every door was secure and required key access, there were emergency police pull alarms on the walls for urgent situations, and I noticed several police officers patrolling the property during our brief stay. One evening, I had the opportunity to meet Nadia, the property manager. I introduced myself, fearing she might think I was an overly protective mom, but she greeted me with grace and understanding. She, too, has young adult children and took the time to reassure me by sharing insights about the additional safety features the property offers. Thank you, Nadia, for your comforting words. If you're seeking reassurance about your college-aged child living in this property, look no further. This place is impeccable, with clean and quiet apartments. The property manager was wonderful to talk to and ensured our son could reach out to the office with any questions. Unlike many other apartment complexes in the area, which rely on answering services, having a real person – a fellow mom – made me feel much more secure. This property truly cares for its residents beyond just being paying customers.

From a Teen Living at The Reserve at Prairie Centre: Living at Prairie Centre has been an amazing experience for me and my younger brother! My parents live in separate place now - I'm sensitive and my brother doesn't like change. So when we learned that it was going to take longer than we thought to move into a house my Dad told us we would be getting to live in a new complex with a lot of extras. Our unit is very close to the Geneva Commons and downtown Geneva - I love having girlfriends sleep over to enjoy the theater and pool. I love all the people that live here and adults that run the building. I've always felt so safe and protected. I love going to the gym to workout, especially when its cold outside! No matter why you are thinking of living here, I have to tell you, it wont disappoint!

Living in this apartment complex has been a generally positive experience. The amenities are a highlight, providing a comfortable and convenient lifestyle. The staff is friendly and responsive, addressing concerns promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to essential services. However, there have been occasional maintenance issues, though they were resolved in a timely manner. Noise levels can be a concern at times, impacting the overall tranquility. Despite these minor drawbacks, the community atmosphere is welcoming, and the grounds are well-maintained. Parking availability is satisfactory, and security measures provide a sense of safety. Rent is reasonable considering the location and facilities. Overall, it's a solid 4-star experience, offering a good balance of comfort and convenience with room for minor improvements.

One of the closest and cheaper options close to my place of work. Amenities include a gym and exercise room I frequent, as well as a social lounge I hope to utilize more often and host future events. Staff are very friendly and easy to contact in case of any questions Things to be aware of: there is a decent amount of construction occurring as the area expands. Also, majority of payments are handled via physical checks, rather than online payments.

I’ve been living here since they opened and no complains! The management are so easy to deal with and maintenance are very friendly!

The Prarie Center is by far the best community that I have ever lived in! From the people to the aesthetics - this is the place to be! These apartment buildings are surrounded by three amazing cities That provide a safe environment, delicious with restaurants, And many fun shopping opportunities. These Apartment buildings provide a huge pool, resident gym, Movie Room, and Clubhouse filled with games and couches to invite friends and family over. Staff Is friendly and always willing to help.

We moved here 3.5 years ago and we love it! The apartments are extremely nice, the office staff is super nice and helpful and maintenance is quick to fix whatever the problem is. My daughter loves the pool and the gym is super convenient. I’m glad we found them when we did.

I moved to Prairie Centre in August and my experience has been fantastic. The staff, the maintenance team, and all of the other residents are so friendly and helpful. You really get a strong sense of community when you move here. The pool and pool deck are clean and set up very nicely away from the breeze so you can relax in the sun. The gym is probably my favorite amenity, it too is very clean and has state of the art equipment. My favorite experience so far living here has been meeting all of my neighbors. Everyone here is so friendly and care, always asking how you are and how your day is going. I highly recommended considering Prairie Centre, it truly raises the bar for apartment living.

I have really enjoyed living at PC! It is nice and quiet yet with a vibrant energy. The fitness center has to be my favorite thing! Everything you need.

Living in this apartment near my school has been incredibly convenient. The proximity to campus makes commuting a breeze, allowing me more time to focus on my studies. The neighborhood is student-friendly, with local cafes and services catering to our needs. The apartment is well-maintained, and the management is helpful.

I recently moved here in August! I’m beyond satisfied with the experience of living in this beautiful community. I’ve enjoyed my absolute gorgeous apartment, the people I have met and the services I have received. In addition, the community has offered multiple event opportunities to meet my neighbors and enjoy the resort like atmosphere the Prairie Centre offers. As this complex continues to develop I will share my experiences with my friends, hoping they will enjoy this community as much as me. When I was on the hunt for a new place to live I quickly came to realize this was the place for me. The grounds are very well kept and the buildings are all maintained very well. The staff is friendly and responsive and I have zero regrets after choosing to live here. I also came to use the exercise room way more than I had thought as well. Can’t say enough good things about Prairie Centre.

The leasing office is kind and fun. There are monthly resident events to attend. The age range of folks living here is diverse - there are people in their twenties and people in their 60s and everyone in between. It’s generally quiet and clean. No infestations of any kind to my knowledge. Maintenance is pretty quick and easy to work with! My favorite amenity is definitely the pool!

I toured several different properties when recently locating to the area for work. I phoned to the office and was able to make an onsite appointment for a tour of the grounds. I was met in the office by Kelly and another new office employee. Both of them were very welcoming and made the entire morning STRESS-FREE. The guy was new to the area as well and spoke about discovering the area's offerings and how he had made so many new friends at the complex pool. After touring the apartments, I got a chance to see the grounds and all the amenities. I was excited to hear about hosted community events, as I just moved to the area and need to make friends. I was able to sign the same week and will be moving in next month. I am excited about being part of a complex that promotes community and seems committed to their residents.

I have loved living at the Prairie Centre Apartments. The apartments are brand new with wonderful high end finishes and the building is extremely quiet. The management staff is wonderful - Nadia & Ferdie are the best Manager and Maintenance Team I have dealt with in an apartment setting. They respond very quickly to anything you need and are so helpful. The large on site dog park is a huge plus as well!! I highly recommend living here!!
