Just moved in and am very happy! I loved the apartment complex the moment I saw and toured it back in September of 2023 and was set on this location with my upcoming move. Applying, getting set up within the portal and moving in was so easy thanks to the helpful and knowledgeable staff. Now that I’m here, everyone including the other residents have been so welcoming and nice. The amenities and convenience of this community is excellent and I am very pleased with how it’s all come together. My apartment is perfect for what I needed as a new Houston/Friendswood resident. Great choice to live!

I love this property when I toured it. The staff is excellent. Location is perfect and based on the property and staff itself, I can see how considerate and thoughtful the property owners look at ways to make the residents feel happy and look forward to coming home. This place is amazing! My favorite is the pool, game room, and golf simulator. I have lived here 7 months and will be staying much longer. My neighbors are so nice and the office has always made me feel so welcomed. I am not from this area so having the mall across the street is awesome. Check it out if you are looking to move.

The Reserve is a place to be. From the time I moved in I have experienced a lot of peace and quiet. Safety and security measures are put in place. The Leasing team is so phenomenal. Patricia is such a nice lady. She is responsive and she facilitated my move-in.

I have lived at Reserve at Baybrook for 6 months and love it! Everyone in the office is so helpful and the maintenance is super quick. The pool is amazing and I love the shuffle board.

It’s alright, great amenities, not so much effort into the apartment itself, I feel like the space wasn’t utilized well and the cheap equipment were used. Clearly all the money went into the amenities cause they both don’t match up

Reserve at Baybrook is convenient and secure. It's close to Target, Baybrook Mall, HEB, Costco, the freeway and Hobby Airport. It's a beautiful complex and community. It's clean and has modern facilities, gym, pool and grounds. If a modern pool, modern gym and facilities are important to you, I highly recommend Reserve at Baybrook. If safety, security and lifestyle are important to you, I highly recommend Reserve at Baybrook. Leasing an apartment in a great community worked for me and it just may be a perfect option for many women, young couples, professional singles, mature adults, empty nesters. I love my apartment and Reserve at Baybrook community.

I moved in The Reserve at Baybrook in October and it has by far exceeded my expectations. When I moved to this area I knew that I wanted to be close to the freeway as I work 30 mins away and wanted the easy access to my home. Living at The Reserve has so many pluses as the community is beautiful and the the gym is fantastic. The staff were very friendly from my first tour and guided me the entire way. If you are looking in the area I highly recommend that you view this community.
I had high hopes for Baybrook Reserve. While Tiffany is an awesome assistant manager and has always helped me, however, the amount of issues I have faced in a short 4 months has been shocking. Refrigerator has gone out twice. Fire alarms go off for an ungodly amount of time at random. Limited parking in the beginning. Roof leak occurred and it took advocating for myself, apartment, and my general health and safety for them to actually do something. Maybe it was my luck of the draw? Maybe it’s the apartment complex. Communication is poor and they do not even try to do right by their customer and acknowledge their faults, rather than passing blame to tenant or making the tenant feel bad about wanting something to be done. I hope with time they get better because it is a beautiful complex and they do have some great accommodations. I’m also sure this will never be posted, but I hope this helps management to take this review and do better in the future.
