The Regent at Bellevue Way Apartments

Been great so far, only thing that I would change would be the gym. Great place and easy move in. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking in the Bellevue area. The apartments themselves are spacious and very nice even without being remodeled. We were very satisfied with that.

The staff are friendly and helpful and responsive and quick to resolve maintenance requests. Maintenance crew also friendly and do good work!

This is my second year here and I so much safer here than my last apartment. Even though the apartment faces 405 it’s pretty quiet. Love watching the squirrels run up and down the tree. Walking the other night out the a walk saw a young doe.

The community is good, but like anything, it can be improved. The residents in the office management are friendly. I feel safe at night while still vigilant of my surroundings.

Centrally located between downtown Bellevue and the Kirkland waterfront, with convenient access to all major roadways. The management and maintenance staff are prompt, professional and always friendly.

Good place to live. Friendly folks at the office. Location is very convenient as it sits close to (but not within) Bellevue downtown. Recommended

When I first moved in it was awful! I felt unsafe and I did not feel anyone cared about that. I was robbed several times. Since new management and maintenance have taken over I have enjoyed living here very much. I do wish my apartment was undated a little though, seems a bit old and run down.

My partner and I have had a really great experience at The Regent so far, we greatly appreciate the friendly maintenance crew and kind office staff. Our apartment is. homey and we truly are in a great location with the perfect amenities. My only complaint is that the building is a bit older so the windows aren't great with insulation and it is quite cold in the apartment, lots of heating is needed. Other than that we love living here.

Nestled within a beautiful woodland area just north from down town. Everything you need is within a short 10 minute drive. The staff are friendly and the units are cozy.

I moved to Regent at Bellevue Way early October. The new management has been Amazing so far. Maintenance was also quick to respond. - New Resident

I just moved in to my unit at The Regent, so this is only my initial review upon move-in. Cons: - Most of the doors in the unit (including the front door) don't latch and unless it's locked, gently pushing on it will open it. The other interior doors don't close or lock. - Not as quiet as I had been hoping it would be (I know this isn't really the complex's fault, but I do seem to have loud neighbors that like to leave their barking dog out on the patio at all times). - Not a lot of free parking space unless you want to pay for an assigned/covered spot. - Not far from downtown Bellevue. Pros: - Beautiful view from my back patio; lots of trees and it makes it feel like you're in the middle of the woods. - All the staff I've met so far have been friendly and helpful. - Good water pressure. - Apartment layout is nice and feels spacious. - Good security from what I've seen so far, parking lots are monitored at all times. The grounds feel safe.

A safer place than where I was before. Quiet place to be after a long day at work! Place where I don’t mind bringing friends over. Love watching the squirrels run about and how they get in the roof.

I've been here for almost 3years, the community is safe. The only con over here us connectivity using public transport is limited and makes you car dependent

I love the Regent community, everything is excellent here! The apartments are spacious with a rational price. And especially, the agents of the leasing office are very supportive and helpful!

I really like the place. The apartment is nice and roomy and lots of storage and love the double garage. The swimming pool is a little cozy but it is deep so that makes up for it.

Very nice apartment complex and location. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Only complaints are that there is not a fully functioning grill and the pool is open after Memorial Day. This was inconvenient with the hot weather throughout end of April and May. New management seems to be improving the existing conditions very slow. Overall, I would recommend living here!

Love it so far. I think my favorite amenity has to be the pool. I absolutely love the open flow layout of my apartment and the spacious balcony.

We've lived here for 4 years and have gone through several management changes. This last one was the worst. Horrible communication when I had to follow up 7 times for them to cash my rent check. It took then a month and a half to cash the check. We can't wait to move out of this place! The only good thing about living in these apartments is that the residents are pretty quite. Even the SWAT team was quite when they showed up a while ago to arrest a few people.

It's been great thus far especially with the new management take over! Always a clean community with great peaceful atmosphere and amazing nature all around.

I have really appreciated the three years that I've lived at The Regent. I have always felt I could talk with the Leasing Office whenever something was needed, and maintenance has always been prompt in following through on requests. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: the very disruptive change in property management which happened in May 2023. This recent change has created a difficulty in reaching the leasing office by phone, and significant delays getting the lease renewals to the resident to sign.

LOVE our apartment, love the location, everything has been great for just moving in back in January. This review is a 4 star rating just due to having to pay for monthly parking even though we were told we don't get a carport spot because we have the biggest unit in our building.. never thought that added up. Especially when we notice a ton of empty carport spots all of the time.

Living in these apartments has been a delightful experience. The well-designed spaces, modern amenities, and friendly community create a truly comfortable and vibrant environment. From the convenient location to the thoughtful management, it's been a fantastic choice. Except for the locker package room.

So far, so good! We have loved our experience at the Regent. The only issue we have had thus far was our sink faucets were not installed correctly but maintenance fixed that super fast.

Everything was fine up until the construction with no notice on my patio. The pool is very nice, the landscape and grass is taken well care of.

Management responded to make enhancements to the property quickly in 48 hours and planned to implement in a week ... Management is listening to options ...

Regent has excellent maintenance service that's quick and easy to access. Community is quiet and peaceful. Spacious rooms, nice gym and swimming pool.

The only complaint I have is when we moved in things definitely weren't clean and things were busted up but besides that we love the location and the greenery.
