THE REFLECTION AT MONTGOMERY RIDGE

The RMR is one of my best place to live in. Been here for 5 years and counting. Staff are very professional. Cleanliness is my main key, quick response to repairs and so. I would rate this 4 out 5.

Overall it is an excellent experience with a staff that always will accommodate the clients needs.

The Reflection is a safe, clean and friendly community. I have recommended it to everyone looking for a place to call home.

The team a Reflections at Montgomery Ridge office staff are like family. Caring and understanding. The neighbors are a GREAT community. Speaking when they see you, help if they see that you need help. It gives you that old neighborhood feeling.

The maintenance staff is always courteous. Requests are handled in a timely manner.

I talked to the leasing rep, and she misrepresented the apartment when discussing the features and how it was a great deal and an awesome site location. The rep told me to apply for the apt if I wanted to hold it, which I did, and I could tour the place to confirm, and if I did not like it, everything could be canceled and refunded. When I visited the apartment after work, apartment #4204 was for a handicapped person and was located next to the garbage collection dumpster! First off, I am not a handicapped person, and all the counters, shelves, and light fixtures were too low for a normal person. Also, to top it off, I walked into a dead cockroach in the kitchen and restroom. I told the leasing office rep to cancel everything!!! I do not want to live in a handicapped apt next to a dumpster. It was not suitable or livable for me. This apartment is affiliated with GREYSTAR, and this company did not refund me, charge me, or send my balance to the collection agency. I will NEVER Recommend this place or any place associated with Greystar. It seems like all they do is collect money, even if you do not live on the property complex. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend! This property has been fantastic! I have peace of mind, everyday, which allows me to enjoy my life and that’s what it’s all about!

Overall, we’ve been very satisfied with our stay here.

La comunidad tiene una excelente ubicación. Es una residencia tranquila y muy bien dotada de amenidades. Es un lugar seguro. La cercanía con senderos de naturaleza, centro comercial y tiendas la hacen distinguir. El personal es muy amable y eficiente, siempre están prestos a oír tus inquietudes.

Realmente el edificio es un asco siempre, pisos, paredes, ascensor , pasillos, garage, no hay supervisión de limpieza, basura afuera de los apartamentos, debe existir un departamento que haga recorridos. amigos y familiares que nos visitan hacen comentarios que todo esta sucio, no recomiendo el edificio, es un asco. Si los inquilinos no cuidan mandar multas y asi se vera el cambio, exigir a los de mantenimiento que hagan su trabajo para cuidar el edificio y hacer las observaciones necesarias

This community is the best I’ve ever experienced in the 8 years I’ve been a renter! I absolutely love it here! Highly recommend!

I have lived in this community for about 2 years and I love it. I haven’t had any major issues, my neighbors are absolutely awesome and the staff have been the friendliest and most helpful staff that I have ever encountered living in an apartment. That’s super important. Being walking distance from Watters Creek is also a plus. I love the layout of my home, and if I have a maintenance request, it’s handled quickly. I appreciate bringing able to live in a nice community. That’s something that can be hard to find.

It’s a nice location and new complex the staff are so nice and the maintenance is fast the complex is gated but not fenced which is weird no cameras in the parking garage to prevent car theft. The two bedroom apartment is spacious with a decent kitchen size.

Lovely community, fantastic staff, modern apartments with excellent finishes. Maintenance is extremely responsive, friendly, and professional.

If you never lived at, The Reflection at Montgomery Ridge then you are missing out! They are management friendly, maintenance is like the “First Response Team” and your neighbors care. What other place would be better to call home than here!!! Don’t wait, go apply!! You won’t regret it! You’ll absolutely love to call it home!

This community is one unlike I’ve ever experienced! I’m blessed to be here! The leasing office cares, the employees do their job, my neighbors are genuine and the atmosphere is top notch! I’d definitely recommend it to anyone!

The management team is very nice and I like my apartment. The kitchen has lots of space and the floor plan is awesome.

I feel very safe in this community. The apartment is beautiful and I find myself quite at home here.

This is a very nice, quiet, and clean community! It’s conveniently located in the Watters Creek area with plenty of restaurants options and things to do. Plus, office consultants are amazing! I would highly recommend moving here!

I enjoyed my time at The Reflection. First, I lived in a smaller unit and it was cool. I decided to move to a bigger unit and the process was seamless. I can’t recall any issues with management or maintenance. Everything is pretty chill over here. The only issue I did have was those pesky water bugs!! Ugh! We’re near a wooded area so that’s expected but I just freak out. It was seasonal. Only saw them in the summer. The trick I found that worked was to leave my trash can outside. Other than that it’s a great area to live in whether single or with a family. I’m moving to a new city due to it being closer to my job or else I would’ve renewed again. Thanks for a cool 2 years. Best wishes to anyone moving here. ???

WHATEVER YOU DO , DO NOT MOVE HERE. I can go on for hours about the issues at this complex. But worst of all management is very INCOMPETENT. There’s a million apartment complexes in north DFW DO NOT COME HERE .

The Reflection at Montgomery Ridge is a dream! I have been searching for years for a property that would hit all my desires and make my life feel magical and they accomplished that the second I drove into the parking lot for a tour! I am beyond pleased and blessed with this community! My life has been easier since I got here!

I absolutley ?? calling this complex home. It's so peaceful, the hallways, common areas and grounds are always kept clean well groomed.

The Reflection at Montgomery so far has been a great place to live. It’s clean, not noisy, built well. The Amenities are amazing. The office staff are really nice and service requests are executed in a timely manner.

I love The Reflection At Montgomery Ridge! Everything from the staff, maintenance and upper management. The crime rate is 1% and we have neighboring officers which makes it even more safe. There is no other place I would like my family to be. We love the monthly events and food trucks. Everyday is home here!

Overall I love it but got so tired of constructions next to the building and hallway noise because our floor on the building doesn’t have a carpet.

I became a resident of The Reflections at Montgomery Ridge in April 2020. I enjoy the closeness to Watters Creek and the walking trails. I'm also within 5 minutes from my daughter's home, which is my number one reason for being here.

They do really great work and its on time . I have nothing but great things to say

This place was amazing before. Ever since Greystar took over it has been a disaster. The management is completely unhelpful. They do not answer phone calls. The office is closed when it says it will be open and the complex has becoming increasingly dirty since the change in ownership. Seriously, look somewhere else.

Worst place I’ve lived. The location is what initially made me move here. I lived there for two years, which I regret paying more than a year or rent to them. Staff is RUDE.. everything constantly fails and instead of coming up with solutions they come up with excuses. If you don’t have emails confirming conversations then good luck having them admit they made a mistake. Bc I’m their eyes they never make a mistake and it’s always the resident at fault. Staff does not care about their residents. Every time I would talk to my neighbors or other residents they all had bad experiences living there, so I know it just wasn’t me. And it’s still true about being locked out, key fobs deactivate ALL the time. And when they do there is no other way to access the apartment you pay for to live in.

The Reflection at Montgomery Ridge is truly the best apartment community. Very quiet, clean and has a friendly management.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! All packages are not delivered to your door, instead they are delivered to the main building which is far from the other buildings. I just moved in and found this out. Even more absurd, they offer to deliver packages to you from main office but only if THEY ENTER YOUR APARTMENT. They will not drop the packages at your door! I have offered to sign a waiver and they insist the only way is to have a key code and come in my apartment. Who is ok with this? Not only that, if it is a large item they won’t deliver at all. So if you have a mattress, furniture, anything large you are expected to somehow get that large item from a far separate building into your building. I have never heard of anything like this. All apartment complexes and condos allow delivery drivers into all buildings or drop packages at your door. They charge a ridiculous extra fee of $59 on top of rent for a so called “valet service “that does not include anything other than trash. I’m sure we can all agree we are more than capable of taking our own trash to a trash shoot. I am paying an extra $59 for “valet” and I can’t even request my packages be dropped at my door. Unacceptable. Also very noisy, construction everywhere at all hours.

My boyfriend and I have been here about 2 months now and this is our first place living together. We love the amenities and how close it is to Watters Creek mall as well as the short commute to work. The gym is amazing and definitely convinced us to get back into shape. The only thing I would say this apartment needs is maybe adding a smith machine to the gym. The gym is already top notch and this would just make it even better! Neighbors are great and everyone has been so kind. 10/10 would recommend

I saw an unfortunate negative review about someone being locked out, and another from someone who doesn’t even reside at the apartments. As a current resident, I can tell you that Reflections is a great place to live! Yes, a huge storm hit which interfered with the locking system, but I saw the staff quickly respond to get everyone access to their apartments if they happened to be outside when this happened, and then going into action to get the problem resolved. We have experienced only professionalism from the staff. Everyone has been very attentive and helpful - leasing office, maintenance, cleaning. Reflections is excellence in apartment living!

Worst apartments to live in, you pay more than 1K to get locked out of your apartment when it rains. 3 months living here and there have been 4 Issues with building access. Unreliable staff and management, they always claim the issue is fixed when it’s not. Save your money and live somewhere else!!
