It’s very peaceful here! The people in the office are helpful, I’m never in a situation where I feel like I’m not getting what I am paying for.

Good and friendly also every team member is great on this team they are fast quick and very polite in every area known for this property but shout to every other resident here as well

Not the best experience and has caused me to not renew my lease. The issue is not the grounds, my apartment or the leasing office, but the rude and inconsiderate tenants above. This is very unfortunate considering I was planning a long-term stay.

It is a quiet community. The office and maintenance staff are responsive and always pleasant. It is well kept and clean. Any issues that arise are addressed quickly and professionally.

The apartment itself is grand. I've never had any issue with appliances, leaks etc. The pool is great, kids enjoy it and its same depth so no need to be overly concerned for safety. Gym is very basic, i've had to get a local membership elsewhere Issues I've experienced are with other residents, noise levels and trash collection. Seems staff are slow to react to requests for assistance but that may be due to volume of requests

Love the community! Very friendly all around! I was having issues with water pressure and requested a service and they were quick to fix the issue! Very good community

The community is impeccably maintained, with beautiful green areas. The clubhouse is in excellent condition thanks to the staff. Family-friendly neighborhood with great neighbors and children.

I love the apartment so much there is so much space and storage. The kitchen is massive.i love how quiet the place is besides some neighbors

I moved in back at the end of June and so far it’s been a very peaceful experience I love my place. It’s quiet and there’s no disturbances. My favorite thing about living here is definitely the in unit washer dryer!

The apartments are brand new and very affordable for the area. You get modern features and good amenities like a pool, gym, and pet-friendly spaces. It’s a great value, but don’t expect luxury. Some services like valet trash can be hit or miss. Overall, a decent place if you’re looking for something budget-friendly and new.

Almost a year living here and we and our kids love living here. My son was always constantly sick in our previous apartment before moving to Ascend at the Fount apartments, and so far no sick days for my son.

I completely fell in love with the 1 bedroom apartment set-up I was shown during my tour.The floor to ceiling windows were lovely and the location is perfect. This apartment is everything

En mi opinion es un excelente complejo residencial, vivo en el edificio 8 y no tengo vecinos molestos, ni ruidosos, a pesar de haber construcciones muy cerca es una zona muy tranquila!

This is a beautiful community with great amenities, but unfortunately, my experience has been negatively impacted by my upstairs neighbors. They have a large dog, and aside from excessive noise, the dog has urinated on the balcony, causing the mess to spill onto our floor. While the apartments themselves are well-designed, they are not soundproof, which made it difficult to manage the noise issues. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation—including involving authorities—there was no solution, leaving us with no choice but to move out. This is deeply frustrating, as we truly wanted to stay, especially since my son is attending a fantastic school nearby. I hope management considers stricter policies regarding large pets and noise levels to ensure a better living experience for future tenants.

The area around here is currently under construction, which causes traffic congestion, but it's safe neighborhood and is expected to develop in the future. During warmer seasons, you can enjoy the pool, where you can relax and sunbathe while letting kids play. There's also a small gym available for light exercise. The availability of a free space is convenient too, as it allows you to change your environment when you feel overwhelmed working or studying at home. However, there are a few issues, such as the restroom outlets not working (I plan to apply for this to be fixed) and the high celling making it difficult to clean the ventilation fan.

Awesome place to live!!! Comfortable Apartment with a good distribution, that’s a good location , just 5 minutes to I10 interstate. We have an amazing lobby and a beautiful pool .
