I’ve enjoyed living at 403 West. The community feels clean and safe, and common areas are maintained regularly. Maintenance requests are acknowledged quickly and resolved within a reasonable timeframe. My neighbors are courteous, and noise has been minimal, even on weekends. Parking is generally available near my building, and lighting around the lots and walkways adds to the sense of security at night. Amenities like the gym and pool are tidy and rarely overcrowded. Management communicates clearly about schedules, policies, and any service interruptions, which helps planning. Package delivery has been smooth, and staff have been professional during interactions. If I could suggest improvements, I’d love more recycling options and occasional community events to meet other residents. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, reliable place to live, and I feel confident recommending the community to others. Quiet hours are respected consistently.
Decent area, not too much noise, good amenities, mailboxes are not working or assigned, decent living space, overall experience is alright, great room for improvement.

Positives: Amenities are great, staff is nice and apartments are spacious. Negatives: The breezeways and stairs don’t get cleaned often (if at all). Creepy crawlies get into the apartment easily no matter how clean you are or how often you request exterminators. I’m not sure if it’s just due to the building being old or not.
Awesome community very quiet never had no issues thank you 403 west for being so good to my fiance and I while living here. We truly appreciate it!!

Beautifuly designed floor plans, amazing outdoor spaces, and friendly, professional, responsive staff make this a great place to call home. .
Pretty good overall. A minor problem with needing a new key but nothing else has been an issue. The staff is kind and helpful with great customer service.
I’ve really enjoyed my experience at 403 West. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, especially being close to campus, shopping, and restaurants, which makes day-to-day life easier. The staff is professional and helpful—they respond quickly to maintenance requests and are always friendly.

Overall, the apartment complex is a great deal for what you pay for. The leasing office is easy to deal with, and we have not had any issues (except for loud upstairs neighbors, which is to be expected with thin walls and ceilings) so far.
Clean and beautiful apartment. Love the neighbors with a mix of students and family. Good for anyone looking for a really homey feel in a Raleigh apartment without the insane cost.

The equipment and devices are there for this to be a great residence, but it is not there yet. The management is cooperative and decent, but hard to get a hold of. When you need things done or have questions for a human, they are hard to reach. You get thrown for a loop and things get drawn out. In short, decent place and decent people, but poor integration and implementation.

Great assistance in the lease transfer process. Chad has been really helpful. I was able to do the entire lease transfer virtually and it seems like there is good support.
Fine enough but not nice. Lots of issues with the ac, plumbing, and the place smelling like cigarettes and weed. Good amount of room in units. Fine amenities

Overall, a nice apartment complex with some nice & convenient amenities. (Pool, pickle ball court, gym, Amazon lockers.) A few minor annoyances: - Dog stations often overflowing and sometimes missing bags for many days. - Breezeway overhead lights, on my floor, have been out for more than 8 months, so if no one has their individual apartment's outside light on, it's VERY dark approaching your apartment door at night. - New mailboxes installed late LAST summer and still not functional (probably post office fault, but still annoying), which means you have to go to main office to collect your mail, but can never be after 5PM on any day because the office is closed.

So far it has been a wonderful transition. There are couple of things that need fixing but overall we love it here. I worked at the business center last week, used the printer and the computer. Wonderful and comfortable work area with free coffee.

A lot of issues since moving in such as, roach problem, dish washer out of order, toilets keep running water continuously, bathroom sink don't drain properly, apartment was not clean, only some ac vents work, windows leak air, amongst other things. They do have some good trash policies and amenities such as, playground, decent gym, pool, nice hangout area with grills, multiple sports courts. The staff is helpful and decent.

Everything has been great so far. The staff are friendly, the maintenance team is great also. The amenities are wonderful; I use the gym regularly and I love the lounge chairs outside where you can get some sun and enjoy the scenery.

The environment is alright, there are some issues in the apartment, in terms of fit and finish and maintainance wise. The office and recreation area definitly gives a better outlook than the actual residence.

We had a rough start to moving in due to getting leased an apartment that wasn’t move-in ready yet so the day we got the keys we had to be moved to a different unit in a different building. Throughout the bit of chaos with having to switch the utilities and renters insurance over to a different address, the front office took very good care of us and created some leniency during the transition due to the circumstances! Our needs were met with many apologies along the way and we just appreciated the hospitality in trying to remedy the mix-up! We think the unit is beautiful and really enjoy having so many amenities at this apartment! The in-unit washer with having an infant is the best part!!

I have to move soon and it is not very easy to get out of the lease. When we moved in we asked, and thought it was 30 days notice. It's not. . . well it may be but you have to pay 4 months worth of rent to get out.

Great community! The staff and maintenance are amazing! They are so friendly and do their best to resolve anything that’s needed. Amenities are awesome too! It is also a beautiful location, so many trees and plants, the staff do an excellent job at up keeping the place. I’ve never experienced such an amazing apartment complex and staff.
Love the size of the apartments for the price. Location is convenient to Cary and Downtown Raleigh. Curb appeal can be improved, but overall I've enjoyed my time here

The apartment is great and the staff is pretty responsive and helpful. The outside of our front door is always pretty dirty though. The amenities are great!
