The preserves apartments are very friendly, clean, respectful of your privacy and so much more. If you have a maintenance problem once you notified the office the maintenance will be taken cared within a very short time.

As a single mother of children now grown and on their own, moving to The Preserve was my first experience living alone in an apartment community. And nearly two years later, I continue to love my new home as well as the gorgeous grounds and facilities I get to enjoy each day. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. The property is always kept neat, clean, and safe. The community is friendly. The amenities are great! The location of the Preserve couldn’t be more convenient. Shopping, dinning, entertainment are close by. Easy access to the highways.

Overall its not a bad place to live. Great location. Maintenance is on hand and visible daily. Responds to calls in a timely manner. Grounds are kept neat and tidy. Would suggest adding trash barrels outside of units to limit littering in the parking lots. Units are good and spacious. Can get noisy, can hear every step the neighbor above you takes, which can get annoying. I think a better sense of community could be developed. Especially by holding events for the children. There is so much land around that could be developed into more activity spaces, bball/tennis courts, dog park, picnic area for family, etc. another suggestion would be to keep an eye on the number of cars/ per unit. Hard to find parking sometimes due to family/friends always parking in main lots taking over spots for other residents.

As a new resident of The Preserve, I can say that the management office and maintenance staff have been very helpful and welcoming.
My overall experience at the Preserve has been a positive one. The apartment is nice and the office staff and maintenance have always been pleasant and very helpful. The outside property is meticulously groomed and maintained each season and it is very enjoyable to get out and walk around.
Love it here but super expensive and sometimes can be very loud and barely any parking
Living at the preserve has been a wonderful experience over the past 2 years. I can't say enough about the how well they keep the grounds clean and beautiful. The maintenance and office staff our outstanding and are always there to help.
ive been living here over 2 years now and i am always impressed at the level of care and attention both the maintainance staff and office staff give to the preserve community,,,all of my experiences here at the preserve have been positive, both maintainance and staff are always quick to resolve any issue and always treat people with respect, and in my opinion do a great job keeping the whole community and property both safe and clean,with great neighbors as well, i can see myself living here for a long time to come

Wasted an hour driving here only to find out they assumed we were looking for affordable housing and they actually didn’t have any 2 bedroom apartments available. I specified in my email to them when we were looking to move into a 2 bedroom in March. We couldn’t call to make arrangements or inquire on availability because the phone was a constant busy signal.
We lived in a 3 bed apartment. Overall, really enjoyed living here, with a few frustrations. The good: -Nice location right on Rt 1. Close to 95 and 495. Rt 1 has pretty much everything you will ever need to buy, so shopping was not a problem. -There is a good bit of nature quite close: The Walpole Town Forest, Blue Hills Reservation, Sharon Forests/Dog Park etc. Walpole borders towns like Sharon and Canton that are very farmy, so you don't feel like you are in a city. The Preserve itself has some nice woods lining the premise. We were lucky to snag a top corner apartment that looked out into the trees, it didn't feel like we were living on the highway! -Animal friendly: The office was great with letting us have our pets, including a dog that was over the weight limit but is my girlfriends service animal. -People in the apartment are generally friendly. Lots of families here. We never had a noise issue, probably helped by our 3rd floor corner location.. -Heating system and hot water are mid to high efficiency gas systems, so our bills were never bad, even in the winter. Additionally, apartment is insulated up to code. They even had Mass Save out to give us free LED lights to improve the efficiency of the apartment. -Office workers were friendly. Office itself stays open a bit later in case you need to pick up a package The bad: -We had multiple maintenance issues in the apartment. AC stopped work multiple times and we had some issues with the fridge and disposal. To their credit, the maintenance crew came out quickly to fix, but the AC issue in particular makes me think it's about time for them to upgrade their AC compressors. -Parking can fill up quickly on nights/weekends. Never was unable to find a spot however. They have overflow lots and such, just means your walk to your apartment may be a bit longer.. The ugly: -WHERE is the recycling?! We spoke to the office multiple time about getting recycling for the complex. They stated it would be too expensive. I call bs on that. I am sure residents would not mind paying $5-10/month more to be able to recycle. It pained us to see people tossing out cardboard, metal, bottles, plastic etc. It was out biggest gripe with the place. We ended up collecting our recycling ourselves and driving it off site. Still. Just get a recycling dumpster and plop it next to the trash one.
