Don't Do It

First, management is extremely irresponsible, unresponsive, and lacks any compassion or ethics. The majority of the building has issues that management continually fails to address. Most of the units in this building were improperly installed, causing leaks every time it rains. As you can imagine, this has led to mold growth, and what's worse, management refuses to address either the mold or the leaks. There were legitimate mushrooms growing where the water continues to leak through window sills, etc. It's July 1st, and there are no BBQs or chairs on the patio. In fact, this building was so poorly constructed that the railings were blown straight off during the last storm. More than ten families, including myself, have already moved out due to constant issues and management's failure to address them. If you love yourself and your family, stay away. You've been warned.
