Staff is great there seems to be and neighborhood is nice. The apartment itself came with maintenance issues that have yet to be resolved after request to fix it.
I lived at Pointe at Lenox Park for two years and loved every minute of it. The staff was always incredibly helpful, maintenance requests were responded to quickly, and the buildings and grounds were beautifully maintained.

We’ve been here 6 years and love it. The community is great and friendly. Management has stepped up and have been hosting food trucks and a few more events. Maintenance team has been great, we love Mr. Trevor! Recently added more mulch to the dog park and pressured washed the entire community. Only cons, the gate constantly has issues and has been open for a bit. And having the community events either during the weekend like Saturday when they’re open or later in the day so more of us can attend! Other than that, it’s a comfortable community and by a lot.

It’s been nice moving into such a lovely community. I can tell everyone is motivated and pretty welcoming. I did have a maintenance guy come into my home after a few knocks. I was taking a nap and wasn’t expecting anyone when he came in. He was just doing his job completing a request but that must’ve come from someone else bc I didn’t make it. Besides that little hiccup I am happy with the move!

This is my fourth year here at The Pointe at Lenox Park and I am sooo happy I decided to move here. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. Repair requests are answered quickly and they always acknowledge me when passing them in the complex. Mitchell is welcoming whenever there is a question or concern. Trevor is very quick and reliable when I put in a maintenance request and if a part needs to be ordered to complete any work, he is sure to inform me. The grounds are so neatly kept. It is so peaceful and serene here.

I've renewed my lease to live at the Park at Lenox Pointe for the second year. This a nice, clean, and safe community. It's not loud and all the neighbors are nice. I enjoy that we have access to a nice pool area and a gym with various equipment. The staff are always helpful and were really attentive during my move-in experience. They know you by name and are always glad to talk and assist with anything you need. The staff even like to put together events for the community including food trucks coming to the complex. This is the biggest apartment I've lived in so far and we especially enjoy how much storage there is.

I have lived here for 3 years and I really do love it here. The location is excellent and the area is nice. The price has climbed and is starting to become an issue along with an annoyingly hard walking upstairs neighbor. Other than that it's good.

I love it here! Such a great location. The maintenance staff is so fast! I can’t say enough about them. Most importantly I really appreciate that the complex is so dog friendly. As crazy as this sounds even I first moved in I didn’t expect to live here as long as I have but now I’ve lived here for 4 years. Time flies when you’re happy somewhere.

I absolutely love living here. This place is very affordable with minimal to no problems. The leasing office has great communication and are very responsive. Maintenance comes within the day or latest 48 hours. I feel very safe and secure and valet trash is on time and consistent. The management team prioritizes our safety, concerns and the cleanliness of the complex. Im definitely blessed to be living somewhere this great when I’ve heard about a lot of apartment horror stories in Atlanta.

Follow up review after a little more than 6 months. This is a great place to live, and the price is reasonable given the location. Management and maintenance are responsive and pleasant to deal with. The complex has a safe feeling. You often see people walking their dogs late into the evening without any concerns. Mostly just positive experiences since I arrived. The only downside so far is the lack the of insulation/sound proofing between the floors of the apartment. I have loud upstairs neighbors with poorly trained pets so that is annoying sometimes and even with that I will rate a 5 overall as I am well satisfied with the accommodations.

I've really enjoyed living at Pointe at Lenox Park so far. Our unit is comfortable with great space and lots of storage. We enjoy the amenities of the pool and gym and our neighbors are kind. There are some things that could be better, existing maintenance issues since move-in, but nothing that significantly impacts our quality of life.

We’ve been here 6 years and love the community for the most part. Maintenance has always been great, friendly and helpful. We have had a few hiccups with communication from the office staff and a lot of back and forth without follow ups. We find ourselves calling for an update rather than them calling us. The location is great for the price and near everything. I do wish they would update the breezeway areas or offer incentives for lease renewal to make it enticing to stay. Since being there not much has changed or been implemented physically to the grounds.
