I will recommend the apartment to my friends or family due to the amount of space and it is a very nice apartment but there are other things that I don?t like as far as pest control .

Consistent problems with vehicle safety/improper use of 1-ways in the parking lot and the increase in noise over the last few months has made it a less enjoyable experience. It wasn't this bad when we first moved in, but has seemed to increase within the last 3-6 months.

It's a clean and well kept property with competent and professional staff
The rooms are small, and there is no elevators, which will be very difficult to move in heavy furniture.
So far I've really liked it here!

Hallways are very loud at times with not the best sound reduction by the front door. The garbage and food around the property grounds. Surprisingly you cannot really hear the other units through the walls or floor outside of some hard heel walking. Can hear entire conversations through doors/windows of the other units when walking the hallways or outside. Hallways and laundry room are kept clean and tidy. Secure door that is never found left propped open; which has a tendency to happen with apartments. So far it' been a 50/50 on if the other tenants are friendly or not with who I have met.

I lived here 3 years and I really enjoy living here it fits well with being a busy mom of two. Fast and efficient laundry room with notifications on my phone whenever the load is complete and great friendly staff I can’t complain

It doesn’t have in unit washers/dryers. Otherwise, it’s a decent place to live. Overall, I enjoyed my 6 years there.

We do however have new machines as of this year with the technology to pay with an app and the app will tell you when your clothes are done washing and drying! I have been here for several years and have felt like my needs have always been met. In addition, the building is generally clean and secure, the sidewalks are plowed, the staff is friendly and my unit is sufficient. The only thing I would change is I wish there were washer/dryer capabilities in each unit.

PCG is a great place to live! the pool is awesome with community grills to use as well as a small workout room with the essentials. They are great about keeping the property up to date and are very responsive when you are in need of maintenance, have any questions, etc. I would definitely recommend this place! Plus you can bring your furry friend and the ladies in the office event have treats for when you stop by with them!
